Kevin Wood came out for initial evaluation of work that needed to be performed and later foreman who was accurate and who knew his work. Once the day came to start the job it went smoothly, professionally and clean. I would recommend and hire them again for another project on my home.

This is the 3rd project I have done with Bald Eagle. Kevin is always extremely responsive to my needs. I believe that his prices are fair. This job was performed as professionally as the others (roofing and concrete jobs). The chimney repair took a little longer than anticipated, partially due to inclement weather, however, it was done well. I have no hesitation recommending Bald Eagle, and always call Kevin when I have a repair need within his area of expertise.

I appreciated the detailed estimate, explaining exactly what work I could expect to be performed. The workers did exactly what I asked them to do. At the time of the estimate, a couple small problems were pointed out to me that I had overlooked. Working with this company was a great experience and I woul definitely call them again.

On the day of the appointment he arrived at the last minute and seemed in a rush. He didn't want to come inside the condo association to view the areas where water was leaking into the second floor. Instead he stayed outside and looked at the front and side wall areas. He abruptly told me that his company only did tuck pointing and masonry work where water damage was not an issue. I pointed out that I stated the condo association needed a quote for repairs for tuck-pointing and possible lintel replacement. and reminded him that we discussed repair work over the phone. He seemed evasive and said that since the condo building had some ivy overhanging the brick work, he could not see what was under the ivy. He left quickly and declined to give a repair quote. Overall it was an unsettling experience. I was surprised by how much he talked down to me. This contractor might be good for a larger masonry job where there are no unknowns. He seemed to lack communication skills, so for a small condo association where money is tight and emotions can run high, I would not recommend requesting a quote.

We had a excellent experience from scheduling an estimate through the final payment. We are very happy with the work their two man did. The matching they did on three sides looks as if they did a complete tuck pointing and the colored mortar we decided on for the front looks fantastic.

When I was having a chimney liner installed by another company, the worker commented that the chimney wasn't in very good shape. I called Bald Eagle and Kevin (I think) was able to come that afternoon, took pictures and agreed that the chimney probably needed a complete rebuild. He got me an estimate a few days later and the work was done a few weeks later (delay due to weather.) Everything looks good!

Kevin and his team were exemplary. Price was competitive and the job very well done. While on site to replace the chimney they were efficient, clean and communicated progress. Highly recommended.

We have a very old brick garage that has been repaired over the years in spots by various other people. It was starting to deteriorate on the outside pretty badly. Our condo association is pretty limited on funds. I am sure we could have spent $10,000 having the garage almost rebuilt, but we couldn't afford that at this time. I had a number of companies come out and give quotes and the range was all over the place. Bald Eagle's quote was affordable and what they could provide should keep our garage looking good for a number of years. Just what we needed. They were great about coming out and letting us know when they would be there and responding to all my emails and calls quickly. Very professional crew and they cleaned up very nicely once they were done for the day and also when they were done with the project. Wish we had more money to spend on the inside of the garage to get that fixed -- i would definitely call Bald Eagle again.

The initial estimate was quick and the foreman visited our house a couple of times in order to get the estimate correct after we forgot to include a detached garage in the original. The day of the work two guys arrived and finished the tuckpointing on our house in a day. A follow up was needed for 20-30 min the next day because they needed a larger ladder to reach our chimney. The guys did a great, thorough job. A small downside was that it took about 6ish weeks or so to get the job started when initially we were estimated closer to 2-3 weeks in the beginning. These weren't pressing repairs and the work was finished before the end of the year, so overall we were happy with the result.
