The man that arrived, Dane, was not the person that gave the estimate so he didn’t do the job right. Ken gave the estimate. Dane was in a hurry. He screwed one set of shutters right over the trim that he was to paint, then tried to charge me $150 for unscrewing them and moving them to the right place. He obviously didn’t read the estimate that Ken gave. I had to then speak to Ken to get this charge dropped. Dane was in a hurry because he had to pick up someone from the airport. I didn’t need to know that. Their receptionist cut me off multiple times while I was talking to her on the phone. I used post it notes to label the shutters so Dane would know where each one went on the house. He left the post it notes on the shutters. He didn’t have scaffolding so he had to install the shutters from the inside of my house by removing the full screens. I could have done that myself! This was a very unprofessional company with zero customer care.

The repair went fine, with the job not considered finished until I was satisfied with the results.

I was very happy with all aspects of the job. Coordination up front, the workmanship, cleanup. I would definitely rehire for other work.

The door track is not level and the door will not stay open.

The work was excellent, they were on time, performed the work quickly. The only reason I gave them a B instead of an overall A is they left the wrappers /empty boxes around (did not pick up the garbage). That said, they were quick, did an excellent job for a very reasonable price ... well worth it for me to pick up a few wrappers.

Work performed was satisfactory and thorough, however Gary the handyman assigned to our job was very snarky towards me throughout the entire project. At the end of the project, he actually snapped at me asking where I had put the wrench that he asked me to pick up earlier after dropping it off the roof. I had placed it on the hood of his van, but his attitude was accusatory as though I had taken it and completely unprofessional Not the way to treat a customer who is paying you to do a job.

The handyman that arrived was not comfortable with the estimate. He suggested the job be done on Hourly rate to determine time that it would take after he tries to do one of 7 openings. That was too open ended and the conclusion could not be determined. Ultimately, agreed to not proceed. This was done with myself sending photos of Gazebo. That was reason that handyman was not comfortable with estimate. Big waste of time for all of us. He did do a great job on the storage door. It was not handyman’s fault this turned out the way it did. I recommend you Be careful in acceptIng estimate done purely with photos.

Great, Leak was found and fixed. Removed sink faucet that had rusted pipe.

Went well. Not cheap, but job was done right.

Great - found problem was switch not light.

He was here about an hour. He did some work the front door lock, I showed him the back door, he cleaned-up afterward.

Great! Bannister went up easily and we liked the advice about location of grab bars.

Gary does an excellent job. He's professional and very thorough. This is the second time that Gary has done work in our home. We would definitely use Gary again.

The work was quoted before we even got into the house so the work could begin first thing on our first day in the house. Gary was on the dot time-wise, was quick, professional and does beautiful work. We had HP / Gary do quite a bit of work in our old house -- installing molding around a door, painting, installing wall panels, a vanity, etc., and were VERY impressed with their business practices and Gary's craftsmanship. We look forward to working with them again.

Absolutely super!!! Gary was prompt, pleasant, quiet, quick and does BEAUTIFUL work! The wall patching was zip-zip-zip and looks great. The vanity was caulked perfectly and looks great. He had to do some corrective work on the door jamb we were having trimmed and did not add on for that; and the painting was beautiful. We did not have all the materials on hand for the originally-quoted work and Gary deducted an appropriate amount from the bill. YES, we will hire them again, and will specifically ask for Gary.

We had a mudroom addition to our home that was constructed many years ago that was in very tired condition. Handyman Pros and their carpenter Ken, demoed the old addition and remodeled. The price was very competive as we had a few bids that were 2-3 times Handyman Pros price. The workmanship was excellent, the construction was timely and the finished products was great. We would highly recommend their services.

Had to cut and refit a wood drawer that would no longer slide in because of installation of new stove top. In additional installed several new grounded outlets. Workman was both prompt and professional.

Everything went extremely well from the initial phone call to job completion. Nick came to the house to give us an estimate. He made a couple of suggestions because he saw some problems with other areas around the tub that required caulking. Within a few days, Gary arrived right on time, looked over the bathroom, and asked questions and made some suggestions. Then he got right to work and finished the project faster than expected. Both Nick and Gary were polite and friendly. The final bill matched the estimate with a very small amount added for the caulk the Gary provided. The work Gary did looks great, and I am very happy.

Gary arrived on time, applied world glue, realigned the frame perfectly and then wrapped tape around it to hold it in place so it would dry. My son and I took the cabinet door off in advance knew how to put it back on so we told him that we will just wait a couple of days to really give the glue time to dry and then we’d hang it back up - which we did. I am very happy with the work that Gary did as I love my cherry wood cabinets. I will use this company again in the future!

Everything went perfect on this job! Gary was punctual and professional. Turns out my wife and I bought the wrong garbage disposal unit, so Gary removed it so that my wife could run out and buy the correct one. He waited until my wife returned and then promptly and professionally installed the correct one. I would hire Handyman Pros again without hesitation and I am certain I will be doing so in the near future!
