Description of Work: We buy pool supplies from them and sometimes they test pool water that we bring in. My wife feels they should hire more employees to cut down on wait time in the store, but otherwise they are quite good.

Description of Work: I'd had a leak that I couldn't repair, and it was repaired quicky, and I was also given advice on how to prevent future problems.

Description of Work: I called to have them look at a leaking hot tub. The tech checked the available spots, then told me the tub would have to be lifted to determine exact location of leak. He asked that we let it drain below the skimmer, turn off the power, then see how far it goes. We did that and called about 1 week later. It took another 2 weeks for them to come out, and then we were told it was too cold to have the tub lifted. My impression is that they simply did not want to do the job. They then tried to charge the service fee AGAIN, even though I was told the initial service fee would go towards the final repair. We had to then drain and winterize the tub instead of using it this past winter!

Description of Work: They replace the motor on my Jacuzzi tub. It was an unpleasant experience. The technician appeared to be concerned about coming to my neighborhood. I won't use them ever again.

Description of Work: Sent an e-mail and a phone call but no call back just 2 e-mails saying they would get back to me. This was 1 week ago.

Description of Work: Called to get estimate for a replacement pool liner or even a brand new larger pool. Was told someone would call me to set up appointment. Never received call!

Description of Work: Overall an excellent experience, the technician amply demonstrated his many years of experience during his servicing of our hot tub. His no bs expert opinion made me feel totally comfortable in it's condition and cleanliness. Would totally do business again so long as the technician is the same!!!

Description of Work: Russo's ame to open my pool for the frist time. I have always opened it myself. They came on time were very efficient, professional and neat! The filter had gone out (25 yrs old) and they had a new one installed the next day. I had nothing to worry about, they did everything and bought the quality.
