"Thank you for your review. As I had stated to you in response to your email, each company has their own fee structure. We provide a flat rate and do not charge additional labor with the installation of Freon. We do not charge any additional labor costs, which many companies do not disclose until after the service has been performed. The technician did communicate all costs to you up front, which you agreed to. The labor that was charged to you was for a separate repair that was made to your control board."

CRNE came out, poked around, and gave me the option to attempt to repair our furnace or replace it. The technician patiently talked through all our options and helped us to pick a replacement furnace that was better AND cheaper than the other contractor's recommendation.
CRNE was prompt and courteous at every interaction. When they came to replace the furnace they found the one I had purchased was out of stock. No problem! They gave me an upgrade to a better model in order to keep my appointment. While they had our HVAC apart they also fixed some crappy ductwork from years ago.
