I had (5) different plumbing companies come out to give me quote on doing a full bathroom in my basement. Derek from Wiz Plumbing came out and gave the best price and really had a vision for how it would work given the small space in the basement. I have had some really bad experiences with contractors over the last few years doing poor work and having terrible people skills, so it was refreshing to deal with Derek as he was a class act. I was blown away at the work Wiz did for me, you can really see the attention to detail that is lacking now days with some contractors. I plan on using Wiz for future projects, trust me and just call these guys out before you think of hiring anyone else.

This company knocks it out of the park! Steve swapped out a defective faucet for a new one but it was no easy job since the faucet is located in a very tight space. He stuck with it, however, with no complaints. He displayed great attention to detail and even cared enough to label our water and gas line in our basement for ease of use in the future. He also replaced a shut-off valve under the sink that had a slight drip due to age and pointed out what the code would require of our dish washer hook-up. To me, this indicates he really cares about his work and has a desire to do his job well and satisfy his customers. I was also amazed to get a follow-up call from Derek the next day to assure the call went well.

Derek is a good contractor and his customer service is excellent. He was very patience and explained the plumbing work in details. They finished the work within a few hours and performed extra work requested by my husband at a reasonable price. They cleaned up after the work. I would hire him again for additional work in future.

My dear friend has been RAVING about Derek from WIZ Plumbing for a long time, but I had "a guy." Well, my guy wasn't available so I called WIZ . Derek came over ASAP and told me exactly what was up, and told me to have my guy come back and fix it. HE DID NOT CHARGE ME! What a gem! And my dogs loved him. It's always a good sign when your dogs love someone coming to work on your house, right? So, as my friend has been saying for years: 1. He's super honest. 2. He will not rip you off. 3. He thoroughly explains everything going on -- not in a talk-down-to-you-how-could-you-not-know-this kind of way, but in a "Hey I love plumbing and I really want you to understand this!" kind of way. 4. He is super fast, i.e., he gets to you as soon as he possibly can. 5. He has a great personality -- friendly, easy-going, etc. because he clearly loves what he does, which is just a delight
