Just questionable about what I was quoted and what I was charged

Very professional. I had a new floor that appeared the grout was spread across the top of the ceramic tiles. He came in, got it all off, and also gave us a lesson on how to clean it properly. If I need any work like this done again, I would not hesitate to call them.

They did a great job cleaning and resealing the terrazzo shower pan. They also repaired the broken grout for the vanity area floor and recolored all the grout.

I would hire Glen again.He was efficent ,r eliable and left no messes.

Fast service and looks 100x better then before

They were courteous, punctual and spent time making suggestions to better the finished product. The tiles look brand new and beautiful! I knew there would be an improvement but they are more than expected. The service man thoroughly cleaned before leaving. I called with a flaw and he immediately scheduled to come back without hesitation.

I recieved a call within 24 hrs for the estimate. The service person was on time . the floor tiles look 100 % better. good job.

Our service man was prompt, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He had some difficult repairs to do on floors where radiators had been removed. The entire floor looked better after he was finished and the repaired places were undetectable. Fair price, quick turnaround

I was not impressed with the work preformed on some cracks repaired on our granite counter top. Contacted Ron from Grout Medic he came out the next day and said he would take care of it. He sent another man out the next day and the work preformed was satisfactory. I was very impressed with the work they did on our porcelain tiles in the kitchen and bathroom.

I received a call from them almost immediately and I explained what the issues were and he scheduled a time to come out and give me an estimate. He was on time, and proceeded to give me a detailed estimate of all the work he would perform. Scheduled the work, the tile expert showed up on time and worked on the floor all day. He made suggestions regarding the color and he was made a good choice for my floor. The area was totally cleaned up upon completion of the job. Although this company was more expensive that the other I decided to go with them because of the detailed information they gave me regarding what would be done. I made an excellent choice, I was very happy with the outcome!
