Grout Medic treats the customer in a highly professional manner and did a terrific job on our projects. They phoned within 24 hours of receiving my HomeAdvisor email inquiry, the owner came to my house at a convenient time and outlined his recommended solution to my needs (reattaching a natural stone shelf that had separated from the wall as well as cleaning and re-caulking three showers). Mike who performed the work was very professional, completed the caulking so that all lines were very neat, and the work areas were completely clean when he left. I highly recommend Grout Medic.

Joe, showed up ON TIME to the minute for the quotation. He was very polite and professional. Knowing a bit about grout and tile, which he didn't know, he gave very valid and honest appraisal of what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable, I could have done the work suggested my self, however NOT as good as he did it!!!! I will surely use their service again in the future. Jay
