Great job! Very professional! We thought we were going to have to remove and replace our existing tile, but Grout Medic said some new grout was all that was needed. It is now 6 months later and I couldn’t be happier !

There's a "national clearinghouse" that deals with the initial request for service, and that's a bit annoying, but the local people were outstanding. The estimate was very fair and detailed. The young man who did the work was brilliant - so competent and neat. I'm so satisfied with the work, I will be calling them again for another grout issue in the kitchen. I would strongy recommend this company.

Very polite young man who wasted no time replacing three broken or chipped tiles in kitchen and re-grouting the floor. His finished product made the floor look new again. Very pleased with the excellent job he did.

I paid for the services when they were complete. 2 months later I get an email stating I haven’t paid my bill and the amount was almost $100 more than what the final bill was. Seems very unprofessional.

Since we never had a job like this done before, I don't know if the value was good money wise. Very up front with the estimate and Mike showed up on time and worked hard for 4 hours. Everything looks good and it was something that my husband and I are getting too old to do. Very pleased with everything.

I was given a price to regrout my shower. They did not tell me that this does not include the ceiling (even with the ceiling being the same tile and grout,as well as in my shower). They had scheduling issues, where the salesman told me things that were not going to happen. For example he gave me dates about 2-3 weeks out to regrout and refinish the tub and I was told that I would get a call to confirm everything. I did not get a call till Tuesday (job started Wednesday) to tell me that they would not be able to start until Thursday and that the tub work would be approximately 6 weeks out!!!!! I will say the workers and the customer service woman were very good and well mannered.

Immediate response to inquiry, professional and timely estimate, was able to schedule the work the next day. Quality, speed and cost of the work were all top notch!

These guys did a excellent job replacing two 8*8 inch ceramic tiles that had been damaged. In addition, they cleaned the grout lines on the entire floor so that the repair was not noticeable. Grout sealer was then applied to maintain the finish. All in all a terrific job, a bit costly but in this case I got what I paid for.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my marble bathroom countertop. I was never informed that it required so much work before I ordered it. It looks better now than when it was first installed!! Thank you.

other than not being able to actually get a hold of someone to schedule the work or communicate because this branch is a franchise and not under the main corporate office I would use them again. The person who actually came out to do the work did a good job and was very tidy and quick.

Had my bathroom re-caulked and repaired grout in floors. We had some issues but the owner Ron sent a technician to fix issues. Issues were remedied.

I called and left messages for several of the companies on the list that Home Advisor generated, asking for someone to come over and give me a quote to re-grout my kitchen. The Grout Medic was the only one that called me back. They sent someone over quickly to look at the kitchen, and set up a date to come back and do the work. I'm very happy with the result.

They were great! They came out very quickly to give us a quote. The initial scheduled date for service was a very close to the holidays and they worked with us moving our date up and we had everything repaired with in a few days! They did a great job repairing the grout and tile that was causing a leak in the bathroom - everything looks very neat & clean. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to contact them again for grout & tile.

Grout Medic’s staff was professional and courteous. They arrived on time and provided helpful insight on problem. They repaired the grout and caulking in my shower enclosure and around the tub. Also, cleaned out and replaced silicon around kitchen sink.
