Wow, my bathroom looks like a new tile was just installed. Tech was on time, did a great job, and left the job spotless.

The grout part is very professionally done unfortunately, the runner that holds the shower doors is filling with water and not draining so I have to dry it out. this did not occur before.

The work done was good. However, it look longer and costed 30% more than the estimated proposal.

From estimate to scheduling to the actual service, great value for the service and piece of mind to repair grout in a few lines in kitchen floor along with clean, recolor and seal entire floor. Mike did the repair work and was on time, efficient and cleaned up. I will call Ron and his team for other areas of our home that will need work in the future.

Ron gave us the estimate and Colin did the work. He did an excellent job. The back bathroom was in bad shape and it looks great now. He also cleaned and regrouted the kitchen and bathroom floors. Very happy with the results.

They did not clean the entire shower before regrouting. Very disappointing.

At the initial sales call, Ron had grout color samples, but we never discussed them. He did mention that it would be impossible to match the aged grout to new, but I thought an attempt would be made. Now I'm wondering if I should give the new grout a little bath with strong tea. It is glaringly white!

Very professional

I would have rated them a 5 except they didn't show up for our appointment. There was a mistake in scheduling but we were home waiting for them. When it was rescheduled they did a great job!
