The Grout Medic quoted me $335 to clean my 188 square foot tile/grout kitchen. When the tech was cleaning for 30 min he said this job was too hard and ask my new wife for more money $650! Stating he did not have the right equipment and I would have to pay another company to come out so he could finish. I asked them to leave and called another company. The new company came out and did a great job took an hour and a half and was $137. I was absolutely shocked at the price difference. This is bad business quoting someone very high in the beginning, and then trying to scam even more. I saved $513, thanks? The Grout Medic, what a complete joke!

Nothing but good words for the Grout Medic. Ron came out and gave us an estimate and Joe did a fantastic job regrouting our shower. Would highly recommend them.

He cleaned the grout in our kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent job and very personable.

The workman,Collin, did excellent work. My only complaint was after I agreed to the contract, I left 2 messages for the owner, Ron, to call me plus I asked Collin to ask Ron to call me (which Collin said he did). Ron never called me back until 3 days after the project was completed. That call was about a different matter.

Joe did A great job! We had our shower tile regrouted and our shower looks brand new. I will use them again. The company is service oriented and accommodating. Thanks for a great job!

Wow! Bath surround and flooring all look new; built in â 94. Estimate stayed at the amount given, hours worked stayed at the time given, very pleasant to work with. Project was completed two days after first phone call to inquire!! My husband does not have to remove and caulk yet again and I donâ t have to try cleaning it all. I learned much from Joe about aging grout and tile. Words canâ t express how thrilled we are.

Everyone I dealt with at The Grout Medic were professional and friendly. Ron, who did the estimate, and Colin, who performed the job, were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The estimate was fair and due to Colin's well-paced work, it came in under the estimated cost! I am very pleased with the work that was done and how clean my bathroom was after Colin left.

I was surprised that they used a hand tool to remove the old grout, but perhaps that was because the area was rather small. They did a good job in less time than estimated and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I can highly recommend The Grout Medic. Colin was our technician, and he was an hour early, which was so helpful, called beforehand to confirm, was SO kind and courteous, was so nice to our dog that he only barked once (he knows a good human when he meets one), listened to what I needed done, and did fantastic work. I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend this company!!!
