Much better than expected. ServPro has been to our location twice, both times to inspect the property and the basement in particular for alleged moisture content. ServPro found NO moisture above acceptable limits, and provided written confirmation of same, to refute the claims made by a disreputable home inspection company. Their inspection was timely and thorough, and they proved without a doubt that the basement was dry. This helped to greatly allay our fears that a major moisture issue might exist is our basement. Thanks again to ServPro and Ms. Jodi Thornton for the fine professional work done on our behalf.

The care and concern they took was wonderful. The crew was neat and clean and conscientious. They did exactly what they said they would do and arrived at the time specified each day to check on the condition of my basement. I appreciate their consistent level of communication and commitment to not just meeting but exceeding my expectations.
Description of Work: My ServPro crew was extremely professional. I had a flood due to a terrible storm and sump pump outage that flooded my entire finished basement. I contact the 1-800 number and a local ServPro agent (James) contacted me within 15 mins. He instructed me to get a plumber to fix what was causing the water issue immediately while he would simultaneously get his crew together. They were here within an hour of my call getting all of the carpet and padding and baseboards up so as not to damage the drywall with further water.

Description of Work: We had a flood in the house and they came out to take down the drywall to check for mold and did a treatment just in case to avoid mold. Their services went great!

Description of Work: Dried basement: Helped me move furniture to center of room. Ripped up damaged carpet, took out damaged drywall and insulation. Used fans and dehumidifiers to completely dry wet spots for about 4 days. Swept basement when finished.

Description of Work: ServPro of Naperville came in on 1/7 to clean up water damage due to a bad toilet. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers to clean up all the water. It caused major damage to the main level and the basement.Everyone in the company from the workers to the boss Jodi has been the ultimate pleasure to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
