They were a little late due to the prior job. They went to work immediately: 1 person specifically for the kitchen and 1 person for both bathrooms. They attended to minor details without being asked and they were quite efficient.

We are happy with them. They are good, professional, sincere, and do their work. They are very busy because they are in demand so it is difficult to get somebody to come right away. I will continue to use them in the future.

I've been meaning to write a review on EuroMaids for some time now. I've contracted them for more than a year since moving to a new home. Initially, I interviewed, received bids from and did a walk-through with three companies that were highly rated in the Western Burbs on here for a deep clean when we first moved to this house. What attracted me most was how thorough the initial consultation was--they offered up what they could do. I was very specific in saying that I wanted wet-wipe-downs of floors, baseboards, etc., because we have an old house that might have at some point, had lead paint. Their initial deep cleanse was very thorough. I've been using them every-other week ever since. They're affordable and I really like their staffing model of using couples because it incents both crew members to do a good job. I also like how the manager has encouraged me to provide feedback openly. In the past, I had hired one person to do cleanings, and when that person would get too familiar with the space and start taking short cuts, it was more difficult to escalate issues. Now, with an agency, it does make it easier because if I ever do have an issue, I feel like there are options I can pursue before terminating a contract.I've been very satisfied so far and the crew I have works very hard and efficiently. I recommend their services!

They are always on time, work the entire time and do a good job. By far the best bang for the buck cleaning service that I have found. They are honest and do whats expected. I will continue to use them.

They did a good job this time and I had to call their supervisor several times to get things done. Their price was pretty good. I probably would not use them again in the future.

called this vendor after finding out at last minute another vendor - EuroMaids of Lisle - not affiliated - tried to reschedule a previously committed-to time and date. Rate quoted was comparable to first vendor, plus they committed to coming in very early in order to meet our deadline of having a clean rental unit for a move in. Workers showed up on time and performed as promised. Very satisfied with the workers and the management.

Disappointed in their booking a cleaning time a week in advance, then calling the day of the cleaning and changing it to a very late time in the afternoon. Made locking up after them a problem since the property is a rental and some distance from our house. Owner tried to alleviate the situation after I advised I would seek another service by offering to pick up a key. I had already booked another service that offered A ratings from Angie's and a more efficient financial solution. The previous job they did for us in a rental was very good, great crew, exactly as promised. Must be difficult managing multiple crews scheduling.

Both the company and the cleaning people who come are professional and responsive. Quality work and reasonable cost.

They seem to be thorough. Their punctuality is very good. They do such a nice job that we do not mind them being late.

Fairly good service, not great. I frequently find spots they have missed when they leave, but they are pretty good on average. The crew often changes from week to week and I assume that can cause some variation in quality. But it seems like a reasonable value for the money. On a couple of occasions they have done somewhat odd things, like move a hamper full of laundry to behind a stack of boxes so we couldn't find it once they left. We had to call the office and ask where it had been put. It took them a couple of hours to track down the work crew and get word back to us so we could find our laundry. Another time they put a large stack of dirty pans in the oven and didn't tell us. When we didn't see the pans in the sink anymore we assumed they had put them in the dishwasher and were impressed. We didn't find out where they had really gone until we started preheating the oven later and the crumbs in one of the pans started to burn and a spatula that was still in one of the pans started to melt. It was a real mess. They frequently stuff every bit of dirty clothes they find into the washing machine, no matter how tight they have to pack it all to get it in. When they leave I have to go un-wedge everything from the machine. We have a laundry room and multiple hampers, I'm not sure why they insist on cramming everything in the machine, it's not as though you could start a load running with it jammed in like that. But, again, OK value for the cost.

Their services are good. We have two people who come in and they work hard. They are focused.

I have had Euro Maids clean my house every two weeks for the past nine months and am thoroughly satisfied with their work and with their response to any problems (non existent) or questions I might have. I have also had them come into my home while I was out of town to clean my carpets, furniture, and windows while I was gone. I have never had a house cleaning service before and am absolutely thrilled with the service Euro Maids provides. If I have a question, I contact them by e-mail and receive an immediate response by e-mail. If there is something that I feel has been missed (rarely) or a specific way in which I want something done (the way they make my bed), I will leave a note for my team and they do whatever I ask. I highly recommend this service. I work long hours and used to find it hard to find the time to clean. Now I just come home, and everything is spotless, clean, and shiney. I look forward to the days on which my house is cleaned, because I know I will be returning to a dust free, sparkling home.

Very good service, used them for five years. Unfortunately the last time I used them they left my back door unlocked and a toilet was not cleaned (later saw the tub/shower was missed also, this is not my primary bathroom so I missed the tub/shower for a few days). The owner was quick to respond and offered to send someone to clean the toilet and offered apologies for leaving the back door unlocked. I was hoping for a bit more for leaving the door unlocked. Even one free cleaning would have been fine. I was not going to ask because I was not looking for something for free but it wasn't offered so I had to stop using them. It's a shame, the cleaners did a very, very good job. It was a mistake but enough concern wasn't shown for me to continue.

I requested a quote and they sent it that same day, then they made a follow up call. I thought the price was expected. I didn't have any complaints, we just decided not to go with any cleaning service. It seemed like a pretty efficiently run company.

We did not like them at all. They focused on things we specifically told them not to, they didn't do a good job cleaning, they took forever because they were charging by the hour and it was just a horrible experience. The last time they were here they took 4 hours to do a job that people do in an hour and a half now. They were claiming that they couldn't speak English but when they were done they asked how much I paid for the house. Price wise they were higher than other people. We are currently having the house cleaned for $135.

Two people come in, clean the house, and leave. They work very hard and do a great job. They come out every other week, and I don?t have certain rooms cleaned every week. The house is spotless when they leave. The cleaning solution that they use smells really good. They are really good and their price is good too. I would recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job, were responsive to my needs, I would use them again.

They were professional. They did have a supervisor check the first time they cleaned the house, and I thought that was really good. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

About every 6 months they do the entire top to bottom clean. I was a bit happier with the first team I had, but the second team does a pretty good job too.

Excellent. I have used EuroMaids for regular cleanings, deep cleanings, and "emergency" cleanings (flooded basement) in the past and I have always been delighted by the crews' professionalism. Ina has come twice on two different crews, and has been superb both times. The crews' English is a bit limited, but everyone who comes is VERY professional and they get right to work. I like how they usually send a man/woman crew, because sometime (especially for deep cleaning) moving heavy furniture is necessary, but the 2 women crew they sent for my last deep clean was fabulous- they even put my newly laundered bed skirt on my California King bed without me asking. What service! I very highly recommend EuroMaids, and I will continue to use them in the future.

Some Euro Maid crews do a better job than others. They all cover "the basics" of housecleaning, but we have found some go a step beyond.

If I was in a position to hire someone to clean my home again, I would re-hire EuroMaids. I have recommended them to several friends.

The EuroMaids crew did a fantastic job. They were so thorough and professional. Arrived on time, asked pertinent questons and then just dove in. And every room just sparkles. The cat is pleased that they dug all her cat toys from behind the furniture! And my husband was pleased with his spotless bathroom -- and he is really hard to impress. I love my house again. Plus they cleaned the foyers and stairways of two small apartment buildings, each is equally sparkling. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

They do a good job and they show up on time. I can get a set time when they come. Usually it is the same team that will come to my home to do the cleaning.
