I had been using Euro-Maids for approximately seven months. I was always happy with the work provided. However, I have a serious issue with the company and the cleaning people that have been sent to my home. I addressed the issue with the company regarding my concerns and did not receive any type of resolution. There was a considerable amount of money missing from my son's bedroom and I requested that the company address the issue. I do not have other people in my home besides my children and myself. Additionally, my son is not old enough to go to the store and spend his money without supervision (he is only six). When I spoke with a representative for the company, I was told that they would not do anything unless I file a police report and it is not possible that their employees would do something like this because they go through background screening. I did not even receive an apology for the issue. I do understand that company's do not want to accept blame or say that their employees are wrong; however, there was not even any type of flexibility or acknowledgement of my concerns. Because of these reasons I would never recommend this company and they will no longer receive the guaranteed business that I provided twice a month.

We've found Euro Maids will accommodate our needs if we have to change our regular date or time, or if our regular date falls on a holiday. We receive a call in the week prior to our regularly scheduled appointment to confirm the time that they will arrive, and they are always on time.
There is nothing negative to say about Euro Maids or Ivan and Sarai - I can recommend them highly.

I didn't want to pass judgement on this new group however the previous people that I had I felt set the bar high for any future cleaners. For example if I had dishes in the sink they would clean them getting all food out of them and placing them in the dishwasher. If I laid towels in various rooms they would make sure they were hanging up on a bar or rack, and one special thing that they paid attention to was in my office they would always empty the shredder, and lastly no matter how many bags of trash I had they would always take them out to the large trash containers at least 75 ft away from my building as I live in an apartment.
The group that came on Tuesday Dec 4th was a man and a woman, and I asked them did they need anything from me and they responded no so I figured they knew what they were supposed to do. Now even though they did an adequate job, there are some things that just kind of didn't set well with me. First the towels that I purposely set out for them to hang, they never did and left them right where they were. They did not empty my shredder and they did not clean all the dishes but they were just piled in the sink after they cleaned the sink without putting it the dishwasher. They also left the trash bag in the kitchen I guess for me to take out. One last thing that got me to write this was that I had a large jug of honey sitting on the counter and I went over by the jug of honey to see it it was sticky around it. I noticed that it seemed that whoever did the kitchen counter didn't take the time to wipe the area around the honey or even wipe off the honey jug to make sure it was clean and didn't stick to the counter. It would not have taken much time as I ended up having to do it myself. The problem that I see with Euromaids is unfortunately the inconsistency in the work ethic of some teams and attention to detail which I a a detailed person and thinks that really makes the difference. I really do miss the two ladies that cleaned before and I hope one day I can somehow get them back wherever they went. Unfortunately I will be shopping again for a cleaning service.

As a regular, every 2 weeks client, you are always on the schedule which is set in our program, so we did not forget about your cleaning. I know you loved the regular team that you had, but unfortunately they decide to leave. Once went back to school and the other one found a job closer to her house. We were saddened by their decision to leave as well. I would also like to apologize for the unsatisfactory cleaning. Once again I wish you would have called us right away and we would send them or another crew to redo the cleaning. Our clients and their satisfaction with the cleanings are very important to us, but without knowing about the poor service we can’t address it with the crew. I left them a key and instructions and came home to a thoroughly cleaned carpet. There was an ink stain that the previous homeowner had left that the prior steam cleaning service couldn't get out at all. Euromaids somehow got at least 80 percent of it out, so instead of looking like a black ink stain, it looked very faintly grey--a lot more acceptable. There was a water stain on our basement carpet from an Air Conditioning mishap last year that the other cleaner wasn't able to get out...Again, with Euromaids, it looks more tolerable.
As for the more every-day stains and wear, those all disappeared and I felt like I had new carpet again. I would definitely use this service again and have referred friends to both their housecleaning and steam cleaning services.

My only problem is that my team usually leaves things just a little bit different than when they arrived. I know that this is intentional so I know they have actually moved and cleaned things, but i do hate to have to adjust everything when I return. I did leave a message to this effect for my team, and they now leave everything pretty much the way they found it when they arrived.
On two separate occasions, I have been out of town on business and have contacted Euro Maids and requested that they clean my windows, inside and outside, and clean my carpets while I am gone. They have a key to my house because I am gone when they do the regular bi-weekly cleaning. They of course have to work around my furniture to do both jobs but have done an excellent job - moving small pieces of furniture to accommodate the cleaning. I have been very satisfied with the work that they have done.
I have been using their service for about two years and am thoroughly satisfied. I love coming home from work to find my house clean and sparkling after working all day. I would recommend them highly.
we had 3 or 4 cleanings, and less time was spent at each visit. the floors were never cleaned properly, you always felt dirt under your feet. dry houseplants were left without water. cobwebs left in doorways.. zippity dooo, in and out. no attention to detail whatsoever.
