Great service, they did multiple things during the day. They completed what I needed on time and with great quality.

Paul was great. He was punctual and confirmed the evening prior to the appointment. He installed two handles and faucet for our new tub. He also did a check on a sometimes running toilet in another bath. He carefully explained what he was going to do and the results were awesome. I would not hesitate to have Paul complete other plumbing work in my home again!

I thought they would be able to do actual taping and first round of mudding on drywall per our email but they couldn't. Other than that they were friendly, hard working and clean. I would use them again and next time be set up a little better for them. I wish some questions could be asked before purchasing the deal.

Call went very well. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I wasn't sure what needed to be done with my toilets and had purchased 2 general repair kits. What I had purchased was the wrong items. He was so helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what simple parts were needed that I was able to make the repairs myself later that day.

Paul determined what the problem with the toilet was. He said to call him when we get a new toilet and he will replace it. He did at no additional cost. He was very quick, efficient and professional. I would definitely contact him again.

Repair the light in the hallway, added a new light outlet in the kitchen, he was professional, he completed the jobs within the two we needed. My husband was esp. happy with the great service. We will definitely call this company again. We have a house that is over 100 years old so we really appreciated that fact that he could do the job in such an old house. In the bedroom, there is a ceiling fan with an overhead light. I bought my condo last January,and have always wondered why the previous owners only used a remote control to turn on and off the overhead light/ceiling fan, while the wall switch next to the door didn't control anything. I wanted to be able to use the wall switch turn the light on and off when I walked into the room -- this was especially important to me because the remote control sometimes did not work unless I hit it control on the dresser to shake up the batteries (ouch!). Paul showed as scheduled. He looked at it, and explained that because of the way the wiring was and the way the ceiling fan functioned, he could make the wall switch control the light, while the would still control the fan (on, off and 3 speeds). It took about an hour to do the work. I would rather have had the ability to use both interchangeably, but the wiring in my vintage condo apparently does not allow for that. If I had known more about the wiring in my vintage condo (and whether or not it would work) I would have bought a light dimmer / fan control for the wall and had him install that. So although I lost the ability to dim the light, having the wall switch work is a great improvement over fumbling around with a remote, and saves me the trouble of walking through a dark room to find a table lamp!

He checked water flow into the toilet tank and disassembled the water valve into the tank. He found a loose o-ring, replace the o-ring and the toilet worked fine. The bathroom sink had a smelly drain whenever water would drain into it after a couple of hours. He took apart the s trap and saw it was contaminated. He purchased a bigger one and installed it to hopefully prevent it from happening again.

Went well. Scheduling went back and forth to find a day that worked for both of us, but once scheduled, Paul did a great job. Fixed some things in a condo I rent out. Fixed dishwasher hookup, lock on exterior door and rehung blinds that were not sturdy as I had them attached to the window casing and into brick. Paul attached them to the metal plates I asked him to so that they would be much more sturdy. Told me before that it may cost more for the materials, and then sent the invoice after performing the services and was right on par with what was expected.

Paul arrived promptly and we did a walk through. He's very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me some great advice regarding products appropriate for each of my projects too. I decided to cancel the Big Deal for 2 hrs. of labor because the scope of my projects could take as much as a day. I look forward to working with him in the near future.

I'm very pleased with the work performed. Paul arrived at the scheduled time and after a quick review of scope of project, he got to work straight away and finished up in nice time. With use of Angie's Big Deal purchase, I selected this provider based upon feedback and proximity to my home (and of course the Big Deal promotion). I would not hesitate to use MPT again for electrical projects. And I'll keep them in mind for the other work they do when that time comes.

Nice work - was creative and helpful! Did a nice job and solved all three issues quickly. Capable of doing a lot more - displayed good working knowledge of electrical work.

It was fine. We tried to get another couple of hours of work from them but they did not respond quickly. They are coming tomorrow but it took them a week to respond to our call. They did a fine job.

scheduling was a breeze. Paul came out and methodically worked through the problem and resolved the issue which was actually in another area of the house.

After watching a few YouTube tutorials on DIY electrical work, my husband tried to replace some old, yellow switches in our 90-year-old home. (You might guess where this is going.) The wiring turned out to be quite a mess, and we were left without hall lighting and a functioning bathroom outlet. Thank goodness for Paul, who quickly repaired all of the non-working switches and outlet, and even had time to install a new entry light fixture. We're so pleased with his work and would definitely use him again in the near future.
