We have used them several times, and it is a great company. It is very small, and the owner who does the job at our place is so accommodating, he does such a good job, and explains what he does. We have been very pleased. He sends reminder emails, and we have used him around 3 times now. We have used them for 2 to 3 years. The prior owner of the place had a sticker on the side of the HVAC, so we figured he knows the system, so we used him. I liked that it is a small, local business.

He did the necessary repair, so I was satisfied. He was professional, he showed up very quickly. It wasn't a complex repair, it was very basic, nevertheless he showed up, and he got the parts and came back the next day. It was a 2 day process, but he had to order what he needed. He came quickly the day I called him, and came back to resolve the issue the next day. The price was fair, it wasn't discounted, but he was appropriately price. The quality was very good.

They were outstanding, they were excellent. Very pleased with them. Perfect, everything is great. He was extremely honest. That's a very positive thing for me.

Tom responded very quickly to my initial call for service. He came out to my home within a couple hours of my call and diagnosed the problems. He said he would get the necessary parts and returned the next day to complete to repairs. I was pleased with his level of service and professionalism. My humidifiers worked well all winter long after his repairs. I would recommend Tom due to my positive experience. Tom seems to value me as a customer and charged me a reasonable rate for services and parts provided.

Tom is very easy to get a hold of and very punctual. He explains in detail, but in laymen's terms. He and his partner worked very hard in a hot attic to install our new AC and it was much appreciated. Setting up that appointment was easy and quick and I plan to use Tom again for our future heating and ac needs.

My system fan would run for approximatey 20 minutes before blowing heat. With the fridged winter we have been experiencing, this was not a welcome. I called Master Mechanical and Tom the owner came to my home to investigate the issue. I must admit, I was worried that it would be a costly and complicated fix. Tom was able to quickly find the issue and his pricing was fair. In fact he charged me a fraction of what the contractor who installed the furnace was going to charge me. I will hire Master Mechanical in the spring to do a system clean and check. I hightly recommend this company.

As our request was in the middle of a extreme cold snap, we were shocked and delighted to find that he could come out in 1-2 days. He identified the problem immediately and informed us that the fix would be included in the cost of the routine maintenance. Basically, he went out of his way to charge us less. His works fast and cleans up after himself. You could not ask for nicer service. This is the second time we have used Master Mechanical. The service is fair-priced and reliable. I feel very confident in what Tom tells me regarding what is going with the HVAC.

Tom showed up in 30 minutes, repaired the furnace quickly and provided advice for the future. Very impressed.

The technician started to check my furnace to find out why the condensation from the air conditioner was leaking from the furnace instead of draining out properly. He pulled the air conditioner coil out and found the underside of the coil was coated with layers of pet hair and dust. It was caked on very thick so it appeared that the coil may need to be replaced. He started peeling off some of the layers so I told him I would continue to try to save the coil. I planned on calling him back if I couldn't get it cleaned but I was able to save it. I put the coil back in the furnace and it works great.

Great. Tom is at all of his service calls. I'm most impressed with that. I'm thrilled with his service. He often gives tips on how our house can be more efficient.

A hot July evening my AC went out and I called Master Mechanical the next morning. He immediately responded to my call and restored my AC inside of 2 hours.

He cleaned and inspected my furnace and a/c. The a/c hadn't been cooling off the house. He explained to me that during heat waves it takes longer for the house to cool off. I used his service twice. Both times he was prompt and courteous. The cost was reasonable.

It was pretty good. They came from a distance and they were pretty much on time.

We have been customers of Master Mechanical for years. Each year we contact Tom for our regular furnace and AC checkups. We have two units in our home that get services and we also have four rental units they take care of. When the cold weather hit about a week ago my wife Ana had gone to turn the furnace and to our surprise it was making a strange, rumbling sound. Something wasn't right. I called Master Mechanical, spoke with the owner Tom Barrett, explained what was happening, and he said no problem he or Brian would be out later that day to investigate. While on the phone I also scheduled our furnace checks for all our properties. Brian came by later that day and explained that the furnace's blower motor was shot. They could replace the motor but based upon the age of our furnace he couldn't guarantee how many more years the furnace would last, not to mention what could break next. The furnace was about 25 years old and it was time; it lived out it's life. Brian ws very informative and knowledgeable about what options there were. A lot has changed since the last time we bought a new furnace a decade ago on one of our rental properties. He helped us find a new system which fit not only fit our specific needs best but also our budget. With changes in the industry coming soon we opted for a Hi efficiency furnace. The old furnace we were replacing was probably running at 50-60% efficiency and we opted for a 92% efficiency furnace. There were higher efficiency furnaces but this fit our needs best. We would see reduced gas bill not to mention we wouldn't have any problems selling our home in a few years because we would have a minimum standard furnace. I've learned in early 2013 Federal law is mandating all new systems be hi-efficiency. What Brian advised to us works in so many ways. In addition to a new Hi-Efficiency furnace we got a new air-conditioner, humidifier, programmable thermostat and Tran's clean effects air clean system. We have dogs and both my wife and I suffer from unbearable allergies. Once Brian explained the great benefits of the Clean Effects we were sold. It's only been a few days from when we got everything installed but we definitely notice a change in the air. We breathe better, it seems cleaner and the dog smell is definitely disappearing. I don't know what I like more, the new furnace or the clean efficient air clearing system. We love it all! We're glad we did it too because one of our grandchildren has bad allergies so this will help when they visit. In this day and world it's hard to find someone you can trust. Tom and Brian were excellent! They answered every question we had, were very knowledgeable, on time, super clean, did great work, and found something which fit in our budget and met all or our needs a plus all around!

I found from a google search - they came, estimated, got the job, showed up on time, were courteous, professional, went above and beyond with details, showed me the labor and NO over-charging. A++ work, great price. I am VERY picky with service = these guys were PERFECT! I would use them again for sure

The work was done very promptly. He did a very good job in a small amount of time. His price was very reasonable. He determined that it needed a new thermocouple and he just charged me for the part. It was quite cost effective. The work was excellent. He was very thorough.
