I contacted I Build to have my kitchen remodeled. I didn't have a specific plan in mind and I had never done anything like this before. The project manager, Frank, who came out was very professional and helpful. He guided me through process and oversaw the progress of the work .Initially he submitted a variety of sketches of what my kitchen could look like and promptly made multiple changes based on my preferences and expectations. The workers he supervised came on time and left my home clean. They finished on schedule and stayed within my budget. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Initial contact was good. After initial meeting, however, did not receive proposal on time as expected. Followed up by email, and then they did respond right away.

I contacted Jay at I Build to remodel my kitchen and bathroom. Jay and I Build had previously done a total tear off of my roof and they did such an excellent job that I was happy to hire them to do some interior work as well. Just like last time, Jay was great. He was at my house at least three times every week making sure that the work was progressing and on schedule. He was available to answer all of my questions and really kept me informed. The end result for both rooms is just beautiful. Thanks to Jay and the whole I Build team.

Purchased a Deal for 'Kitchen or Bathroom Design Consultation with 3-D Renderings' from I Build in late March '14. Provided 3 suggested dates/times for the service at time of purchase. Followed up next day in response to initial contact, reiterating suggested dates, times, my phone# and home address. Never heard back. After 2 months of silence I finally asked for a refund. Jay got back to me immediately that same morning. He humbly apologized and acknowledged their mistake and oversight. He offered to send someone out ASAP if I would have them, but also understood if I would rather go ahead with the refund. Everyone makes mistakes. Many businesses respond in stubborn pride or careless apathy, but Jay and I Build handled the situation as well as could be expected. I commend them for their honesty and think they deserve a fair review. Based on other ratings I can see this is not a regular practice at I Build and if I had really needed their services I could have followed up with them until a meeting was confirmed. I shouldn't have had to, but I could have. I don't know I Build well enough to recommend their work but I can say that I was encouraged by the way they handled an unfortunate situation.

The overall visit went well. It was a slight delay before I got the drawings but Frank did apologize. I have not yet proceeded with the project and when I am ready, I would consider using Ibuild.

Provided generic one-size-fits-all drawings ignoring all the we requested for the new bath - drawing were wrong, and the quote was crazy expensive. This was no deal at all

Dave arrived on time and was very focused and animated in what he thought would be good for our kitchen. I was very appreciative of the time he took to explain the process and his ideas. I felt my thoughts were well respected and I learned alot about remodeling. Much more complex than I thought it would be. Unfortunately, we suddenly discovered problems with our foundation and that needed to be taken care of first making it impossible to remodel the kitchen at this point. I am really disappointed as Dave seemed to really understand our needs and I was looking forward to a new kitchen!! I highly recommend this firm if you are wanting to remodel. They seem to truly care about the customer's needs and wants and do whatever they can to make sure those needs and wants are met.

They haven't ever delivered the plans and, based on the meeting I had when they came out, I am betting they won't be all that good if I ever do receive them. They did very cursory measurements and did not have any good solutions for reconfiguring our bathroom.

They started the job about the 5th of March. They showed up on time and were neat and professional. The painting, flooring, ceiling and cabinets were all installed in about 10 days. We then had to wait about 5 weeks for the counter top to come in. Once it was there the rest of the work (including all the finishing touches - putting in a range hood and hooking uo the fan vent which required putting the vent duct through the outside wall, tiling and grouting the backsplash, installing an over-the-sink light, reinstalling the molding along the floor and the door trims) took another 4 days.

Kitchen renovation overall went very well - couple of hiccups that were taken care of. Special thanks to Tony DeAngelis for recommending cherry versus oak cabinets - made a world of difference. Agnes Bieniek designed the perfect layout -- love it. The carpenters did an AMAZING job -- total professionals, cleaned up daily and very easy to work with. Frank Folisi, Project Manager, was a true professional from the first meeting to the final meeting. Frank was always accessible, at any time of day/night, answered all my questions and went above what needed to be done. He was there to make sure that everything was done correctly and more importantly, that I was happy with my new kitchen. The biggest compliment came from another contractor who had seen my out dated kitchen and raved about the new design, cabinets and overall appearance - this really made me happy. Every time I walk into my new kitchen, I cannot believe that it is mine. Thank you to the I Build Inc. team for a great kitchen renovation!

He was very nice and seemed knowledgable about the process and design. Our project is on hold but we will probably go with another contractor who has a designer on staff.

The estimator came on time and spent about two hours going over the kitchen space and discussing ideas for a new layout. My kitchen is very small and has a lot of space taken up by doorways. I Build came up with a beautiful design plan with realistic cost estimates. I was impressed. I can not afford to do it now but I will most probably use them when I do get the work done. They have good customer service skills without overly pressuring you to get the work done.

very satisfied with the work i build completed. had main bathroom gutted and new bathroom installed, frank, mario,and mike were all very professional and nice. explained everything to my wife and i,,,,,,, informed us often of the progress of the work ....would recommend i build to my friends........thank you

They were very unresponsive for quite some time. The quality of the work was just not very high. The quality of the drawing was not very high so we decided not to push through with them any further.

We liked the design and the individual that came to the house, the price was approx what we were expecting and unfortunately we will need to plan this construction for 2015

Tony and Jay are great! Prompt, efficient and detailed. Still working on the technical aspects so we are not at the price point yet. Tony is upfront and honest about the expectation and I feel confident in his ability to deliver on what is agreed to.

Great team came out to my home, listened to my requests, sent me drawings of possible reconfiguration of kitchen. I have not decided yet whether I will go forward with this project but the input was very helpful!

After trying to reschedule multiple times, we finally agreed on a time. they showed up and was suggesting that there was not much they could do with the design of the kitchen. They were supposed to get back to me in a week with designs but I have never heard from them again.

I had a great experience with Jay Borrero at iBuild. I had an unfinished basement completely built out. We added a bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, storage and living space. Jay was always on time, worked with us through the complete process and was a great help. They provided 3D renderings before the work started which was very useful to visualize the layout. He helped us work with vendors to select bathroom fixtures, tiles, carpets, paint, etc. The work crew was always on time, and the work itself was great. They were very accommodating, and were happy to work through any issues that came up. Overall, I'm very happy with the results. I would highly recommend iBuild.

Their work was fine. Its a simple job and we probably got our money's worth. All they did was to come up with a computer generated view of their suggestion for these powder room. In the end, we end up doing pretty much what they suggested, but it was such a trivial job. I'm at a lost to say that it was really spectacular performances from these guys but certainly I can't say anything bad about them. They did what we agreed to do. They did what they were supposed to do for us.

I met with Tony. He came out when I called him and set the appointment. It was maybe a month after the purchase of the deal, when we were ready to call him and set an appointment. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. My husband purchased it as a design mechanism. After Tony came out he kind of told us, "Well, there is not a whole lot of design possibilities here. I can help you out and give you some ideas." I said, "Well, my husband said he wanted to do this. I know I could have designed it myself." Anyway, he was wonderful. He quoted to do the job probably around $8000. That pretty much included what the fixtures would have been. They were really wonderful. They sent us some little drawings. I think that his jobs are typically much larger, but this was a smaller one. They were wonderful. They gave us ideas. My husband said he was just going to do it himself. They were a little bit late, but they were running behind on previous quotes. They weren't as punctual, they were probably about an hour late.

Work will be starting this Thursday. I will review the result when finished

They did a very nice job and were able to answer our questions.

It went well. They showed up when they said they were going to. Went over the ideas of what we thought we wanted and expressed some views we weren't thinking about. Supplied the layout and drawings as were discussed before he left.
