These people are incredible. A friend recommended them to me. He, Tony, has been absolutely remarkable. He has been just a joy to have in the home. We like him so much that we had him over for just a hangout. He was here before we even owned this house. He has been basically working with us since I think August. The work is still work in progress. We are kind of doing things stepwise. He would come out and we see how much money we can spend on things. Every time I call Tony, he would say what is next, I mean what should we do now. Basically every service we have had in the house, as far as anybody who could do anything for us the recommendation was for Tony, and they have all been unbelievable. A plumber, a painter, or an electrician, everybody came from him. We have had an $8000-$10000 worth of work done. Tony is not a designer, but he basically has the eye of a designer. When he comes in and he looks at things from both like a contractor prospective and from the design prospective, he gives you contracting advise based on the kind of sensitivity, which is amazing. Stuff like what part of your house would you work on first, so that everything else does not get dusty. He sees things that I did not even see. He is just incredible. He is the nicest guy I ever wanted to meet, totally honest. His people are unbelievable. Every single one of them is completely trustworthy, timely, amazing. They are really everything a person just thought above and beyond. It has been a total joy to deal with this guy. I will absolutely use them in the future.

We contacted a number of contractors for estimates for our 2 story addition and kitchen renovation. iBuild and in particular salesman/designer Tony were able to design our amazing addition, that was very affordable. Tony was able to take our rather large ?wish list? and turn it into the kitchen/addition we had hoped for. He was there from start to finish providing design ideas and help with any and all of our questions and concerns. The crew was courteous and timely, making it so we were able to stay in the house while the project was being completed. Tony was always available to advise us where to purchase supplies, and helped us negotiate with the vendors to get the best bang for our buck. On their recommendation we were able to upgrade the insulation and as they are direct representatives for KraftMaid Cabinetry and Anderson Windows, we were able to get a great price on them, too. I wholeheartedly recommend iBuild, as a matter of fact; we just contacted them to redo the fencing around our property!

I had the Tony the rep from iBuild, inc. come out to talk and estimate a job that involved a kitchen and bath/remodel. While being on time and professional to a degree I was left feeling a little uneasy by the time he left. I can't say why, but it just didn't feel right. He talked about all the great suppliers at his disposal and great prices he could get for everything?yet I never heard from him again. No call to say he didn't want to bid the job or he needed more time to complete the bid, nothing. It has been almost one month since he was at my home to review the project, and I have not heard from him at all. I have since given the job to another contractor that I feel very comfortable and confident with.

This company was a pleasure to work to with, my friends all told me a kitchen remodel would be a nightmare to live through. Tony at iBuild made this experience very comfortable and it was easy to live in my home while to work was going on. The crews were very clean and courteous and all my work was done in a timely fashion. The salesman Tony helped me every step of the way and was on site often making sure things went smoothly. He listened to my ideas and made them come to life, my kitchen is amazing! I am very pleased about cost, efficiency, sincerity and professionalism of this company. From start to finish everyone involved were just a pleasure to work with, and I have referred them to all my family and friends for their remodeling projects. I will be remodeling my basement next year and will be calling them again.

I contacted I build for a estimate along with a few other local contractors. We were looking to complete a full remodel to our bathroom and change our tub to a walk in shower with a bench seat. Out of the four companies that we contacted I build was most responsive to our questions and provided some great design concepts as well as having competitive pricing. We choose to hire Ibuild and worked with the salesman/project manager named Tony who worked with us from start to finish. They did a great job and were so clean I could barley tell that someone was even working in my home. The project came in right on time as they had told me during my initial estimate, they completed my project in just under two weeks. They made the purchasing of all the finish work so easy since they have access to all of the key components that we needed to complete our project. One great thing about ibuild is that they are a reseller of cabinets so I purchased directly through them which save me time and money having to work with someone else on design and pricing. I would recommend I build for any major renovations as I'm sure they will take as much care and pride on your job as they did mine. Thank you ibuild for giving us the bathroom we were looking for!
