Description of Work: We had Tony from iBuild prepare some design drawings for a potential kitchen renovation. The drawings were done very nicely and Tony and Agnes were quick with turnaround on the design and a ballpark quote. Though we didn't hire them for the kitchen project (the decision was out of my hands) I'm now using iBuild for an office renovation project and have enjoyed working with them so far.

Description of Work: Jay and his designer, Agnes came to my house, listened carefully to my ideas for the remodeling of our kitchen, took measurements, discussed their ideas with me, bounced ideas off of each other, and sent me fabulous 3-D drawings that surpassed all of my expectations. Agnes even included my cat in her favorite chair in the plans. There has been no pressure to move into the actual remodeling job before we're ready.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal, $75 for Custom Kitchen or Bath Design with Complete 3D Renderings for You to Keep. So far it’s been great! He’s been very prompt and responsive and I can’t wait to see how the design turns out.

Description of Work: We have not yet remodeled the bathroom but all work to get started has been done with great satisfaction. we will be doing actual construction later in the year.

Description of Work: They called the day of their first appointment to cancel, saying the technician was ill. Understandable. We rescheduled for July 25. On 7/25, no one came. We phoned, no answer. The next afternoon, someone from I Build left a message, saying the owner's brother was in the hospital & so our tech had gone to be with the owner. That would be understandable IF he had called & asked about rescheduling instead of just no showing. So when i called yet again, they apologized, said "this isn't how we do business," and I said "one more chance." We rescheduled for August 6. On 8/6, appointment time came and went. Ten minutes after scheduled start, I phoned, reached the tech, and found he was with another customer. He said he had us down for August 7, which I knew was an error on their part because of what was on our schedule 8/7. I had repeated the date back to the scheduler and scheduled the appointment for a day when both my husband and I could leave work early, which was the 6th. After three missed appointments, I am done with I Build and no longer interested in their service.
