Rick was quick to respond to my initial requests and knew exactly what I was looking for to conceal audio and video cables running to my TV. I sent pictures to describe the layout and highlight some added complexity and Rick provided a reasonable quote. I scheduled time for about two weeks out between the holidays. The day of the appointment, Doug and Joe were very prompt and timely. They quickly assessed my project based on what had been quoted and let me know that it would be a small increase ($20) based on needing a slimmer piece of equipment due to limited space behind my wall. Doug and Joe completed the work in a little over two hours and cleaned up after they were done. The work looks great, and I am excited to have it finally done.

Doug and Joe came out to install an HD TV antenna for me. They found an ideal location that would ensure quality reception but also save me some money. Installation was quick, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Fast forward 2 weeks when a foot of wet heavy snow falls - heavy enough to break big branches off trees. Understandably the antenna loosened under the weight of this snow too. Doug and Joe came out the SAME DAY to tighten it back up - what fantastic service!

Mounted a 65 inch TV on the wall, ran the cables and plug in the wall, supplied the mount and cable. Removed the old TV and mount from a different wall and even patched the wall. Everything was great. Very easy to work with. Sent a request, got the price the same day and set a date. The men arrived on time, did the work quickly, knew exactly what to do , left my home in perfect condition. No stress for me and the men were very nice. Would definitely use again.

We were looking to have a TV mounted in our family room, and I was put in touch with Buchan Consulting via HomeAdvisor.com. I couldn't be more happy with how everything went. I reached out on HomeAdvisor on a Monday afternoon, and had a formal proposal/quote from Buchan within hours. I scheduled the install on Tuesday, and the work was completed Thursday morning. The entire process in less than 72 hours! We love how it turned out! Great response, great customer service, and great work from Buchan. We highly recommend them!

The representatives who came out to access our needs listened and adhered to what we wanted and the technicians who did the work did a good job in completing the project.

Rick with Buchan came out to install the soundbar for our new Sonos sound system. He hung it underneath our television on our stone fireplace and it looks and sounds beautiful. We have used them twice already and would definitely use them again if we have another electronic project in the future. They do great work and have friendly customer service to top it off.

Very professional. Contacted me right away about the job after they were recommended by HomeAdvisor. Courteous professional young man came to do the work. He worked methodically to diagnose the problem I was having and repaired what was wrong. Also, very conscientious about wearing booties in the house and taking care of his surroundings when he was working. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience. I needed both a tv installation and tv cover installation. I received a quote very quickly, the two gentlemen who showed up were extremely professional and did a very nice job. Even when the cover proved to be awkward and the original tv mount didn't complement the cover well, the guys went out to get an alternative tv mount, and I wasn't charged for the additional time it took them to go out and get it. Would highly recommend.

Doug and his team did a great job. Doug took the time before he came out to answer my 10+ emails with lots of questions and was always very responsive. Overall they were very quick, professional and knowledgeable on sight also.
