Worst customer service ever. No communication whatsoever. On April 17 we contracted to have the deck repainted and popping screws and bad boards fixed. They came out replace some wood and railing, while the work was good they just showed up without texting or phoning. I looked out the window and saw someone working. No call, test or anything. They left wood and nails for me to clean up. They did a good job on removing the screws and replacing bords. On June 16 I called to see when we could get going. They did come unannounced and power washed. That is where the story ends. It's August 23 and they promised to come today. Guess what? Again no show no message no communication. they tried to blame it on rain but I have two friends who worked with someone else and both of their decks have been long done. If you are okay with this kind of work and service go ahead and try to hire them.

Worst work I have ever had done on my home and my deck. They slopped stain everywhere. They missed areas. I called many times to have them come out to finish the work and clean up the mess. I tried to get the owner out to take a look at the project but she refused to come out. Deck Medic never did finish the work. I would not recommend them. There are to many reputable companies that can do the work.

The pergola came out beautiful. One of the two workers got sick so it took longer than expected but the worker who completed the job did a great job. The only problem we had was with trying to get on the schedule. We provided the required deposit which was needed in order to be scheduled, but then waited and waited. My husband had to call several times to get on the calendar. The office should have informed us that they were having problems scheduling us instead of leaving us hanging and making us have to call them.

I am very pleased. The deck looks like new. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. I asked to have them come out to check some staining questions and they came out the next morning to ease my mind. That is unheard of these days. Thanks for the great job.

Very good overall. These seasonal projects can take sometime before they can get to you, it took about 2-1/2 months but they did a very good job.

They always called before coming. They were very nice people & did what they said they were going to do. James & Billy were very responsible when applying the stain-no mess. Team was very honest in telling us that they couldn't do it for awhile when he priced it. We were willing to wait.

Excellent Job. Second time using company

They did a good job. I don't remember the price for sure. I thought it was a reasonable price; we did compare to other people. The first time that he arrived, he couldn't get his equipment to work. So, he spent almost all day here, and we are by. So, he finally had to go home and then he came back. He told us it would be a week later. It was a matter that his equipment wasn't really ready for the job. It probably was his first job of this kind.

This was the 4th time they did it over the last 16 years and as always they did a great job.

They have several locations. I have used them before. They could do other things, but this is what I have them do. I have had everything done to the deck that I could have done. I don't get this every years so I had that done this year. It was a little pricey. I have had them before and they weren't quite as responsive. They don't tell you an exact time they are coming. They call and say the weather, see its a weather related thing. Professionalism I was going to give them an A until I saw that they used my credit card. I paid half up front on a credit card, and they just ended the work last week. I noticed that in not time flat the remainder of the bill was posted to my credit card. I was a little annoyed with that because they did not get permission. I gave permission the first time. Yes, they are deserving of them money and I was going to pay them. In fact I pay immediately when I get invoices. But I was a little put out by that. I am going to call them and let them know also. The technician that was here asked if I would like them to bill me and I told them yes. So far I having gotten the bill yet but, it didn't take them anything to slap the on the charge. The thought of someone just charge. Even though I know it is a legitimate charge. That was a couple days ago and still no call from them. Its not to much of an issue but I am going to plug it out with them. I always press what I feel so that they know. I got taught that in assertiveness class.

Quality was good had scheduling problems, it took 1 month to get the project done. Workers were good and cleaned up well after themselves.

The crew did a great job. Shortly after the staining, it rained. It was no problem because they came out the next week and went over it.

Deck Medic did an outstanding job, their restoration process was superb. The first visit they power washed the house and deck. They removed all the old finish and cleaned off and treated the mold issue on the deck. The deck looked amazing, even without it being stained yet.. It looked like brand new. We were so surprised and pleased; we have used 2 other companies previously and they never even got close to the results of Deck Medic. The second visit was repairing some of loose boards, fixing the stairs, sanding the surfaces and adding the stain. It looks outstanding!. The entire crew were hard working and very conscientious. Especially Jerry who worked until after 7pm to finish all the staining. He even crawled on his hands and knees to do the area under the porch, which no one else ever did. Remarkable job, company and employees!! Highly recommended!!
