Description of Work: I called because my garage door did not function. Jim arrived on time nd within 5 minutes had determined that the ancient opener was burned out. I had to leave to attend to business but Jim went and got the new opener and returned while I was out and installed the opener ----- which works like a charm so Thank you!

Description of Work: Asked for the garage door service as part of a big deal, but I had missed an earlier big deal that included garage door service and a new garage door opener. Beverly employee arrived on time and was professional. He offered me the big deal that I had missed. The only catch was he didn't have the opener with him, and would have to come back at another time. Scheduled for a week later. He installed the new garage door opener and all is well. Good experience.

Description of Work: The advertised special was for either a garage door keypad or for replacement rollers, etc for the garage door. We selected the latter.. The company called us immediately after the purchase and wanted to come out the next day, which wasn't possible for our schedule. We arranged to have them come out several days later. They were on-time, efficient and professional. Our garage door, which was very balky before the repair, now operates very well. Overall, we were very pleased with the company's service and the result. I would definitely utilize their services again.

Description of Work: Couldn't be happier. Garage door broke and wouldn't go up or down. Called John and scheduled to replace the opener and install a keypad for around 330.00. He arrived and explained I didn't need to replace the entire opener, just a needed a new part. He also told me he could still install the keypad entry. The price went from 330ish to 150.00. Saving me money, awesome. He noticed my car on the carpad and offered to program my car to open my garage door too. I also explained I have a hard time programming the openers when I buy new ones (I lose and break them all the time), he showed me the easy way to program them. Now I have a working garage door, a keypad entry and the car programmed. I don't think I will need the opener I keep losing anymore. Great! Excellent service, friendly guy - I will use them again if needed.

I was a wreck when I called him but he made the solution and process very easy. He did not ask for a deposit or payment before the job was even begun. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I bought the "big deal" on this garage door offer. My door would not open more than 1/3 of the way and the keypad entry was not working. They called back promptly to make an appointment, I got fast service. I was going to get a new keypad as part of the deal, but he fixed it and I took the alternate offer of a new handheld opener as part of the package price. He offered to reset the passcode after they tightened the hinges on the door panels, checked the springs and balanced the door. It was actually opening and closing *quietly* when they finished, instead of slamming closed with a bit of bang!
