i was expecting the job to be done the way i wanted it to be done and it was. they did it in a timely manner a couple of days. moved the appliances and worked and replaced everything like it was, even better as they cleaned up were the appliance was before moving them back. thank you .

Working with GR General Contracting and Old World Stone I first went to their warehouse to choose and tag two slabs. Great experience and I found beautiful slabs. They came out and VERY carefully measured my counters (with lasers) and went over my choices for corners and edges. Approximately one week later they called to say the counters were ready to be installed. Came out 3 days later, took out all existing and installed all new....all done in one day. Everything was hauled away and cleaned up to perfection. The stone work is just beautiful and after they cleaned up and left you would never have known any work had even been done! Follow up: I decided I wanted to redo a tabletop and they cut me a piece from the same slab so that I could create a new tabletop. It was done in 3 days, I picked it up (they even met me there on Sat morning even though they were closed so I could get it) and I now have a gorgeous piece of furniture that compliments my countertops, too.

Gordon came over and filled all the woodpecker holes in my siding. He was on time, did the job quick, and charged a reasonable price. I plan to use him for much bigger projects. Very satisfied.

The estimate was a bit high. I will continue to get other bids.

What an outstanding experience. A friend knew I was looking for a reputable handyman and recommended GR. The owner Gordon Rudd came out the next day and gave me a quote. It was exactly what I was looking for. Even better...they could start within a week! Originally I had only thought they would power wash and repaint the deck, but in the end they sanded, primed, stained and sealed it. It looks absolutely amazing...like brand new. Installing my attic ladder was very challenging due the small opening, but they embraced the challenge and customized to fit my space. I could not be happier with the end result. They were professional, in budget, on time, kept me informed and carefully explained everything they did. We are already discussing some other small projects I'd like to have done soon.

GR is truly outstanding, extremely professional, punctual and reasonable. I was extremely impressed with not only the work done, but the professionalism of the workers. They paid extreme detail to each task and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the end result. They made great suggestions and truly took the time to consult with me and were remarkably patient from start to finish. They completed the project on-time and in-budget. They even went above and beyond to do some minor things that needed to be done without adding to the overall cost of the project. Truly the best contractor experience I have ever had. All work was done exactly as discussed and quoted and with an AMAZING attitude which was truly remarkable. From the outstanding workmanship, great recommendations, keeping me consistently informed of the progress, and returning my calls promptly...I can honestly say I have had never had such a positive and enjoyable experience working with any other contractors. What can I say, well they performed an excellent job! I was very pleased with them. It was very clean and organized. I can say too, that they were always on time.
