from beginning till the end I was treated with respect. Everything was explained to me in detail of how the process of the mold remediation would go. The workers were so professional and the end result was wonderful. I did not have to worry about cleaning up anything. They took care of it all. Brian came to the site on time. He was very professional. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He explained the chain of custody of the samples prior to collection. Inside the apartment he explained the process of taking the two air quality test (one inside and one outside) and that there was a two-day turnaround for the results He also showed me a sample of what the report would look like once it was received from the lab in Virginia. It's a rare occasion that I meet a person as professional or as committed to ensuring that his customer understands the process. Excellent service.

It went extremely well. I was very happy with the outcome and the hard work the guys put in. Everything was explained to me from the beginning. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
Description of Work: I need to have mold sprayed to kill it then wiped down. Then it needed to be sprayed with a sealant and that had to be dried with this big fans. The last step was to spray a defogger thought the whole house. We had to be gone for at least 3-4 hour's from the home.
