Brian with Southside mold and testing is one of the best companies I have ever experienced. Discovering mold in your home for us was very unsettling and scary. From the first phone call with Brian to the mold remedy completion, we received service excellence and piece of mind. Brian is very talented, knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail the what, how and why about the project in its entirety. Even with the price being great, I am still not one to hire service without having at least two or three professional quotes and opinions but this Company and Brian made it apparent to look no further. Going for a refi and the appraiser noticed mold on the ceiling in a bath. It's a vaulted ceiling. I needed to remediate the mold to close on the refi. Brian explained thoroughly everything that would be done. He was very helpful and cooperative, working with me to schedule the proceedings. As he and his team worked on the project, he kept me up to date on the progress, and pointed out other things that needed to be done in my remodeling job, even if they weren't necessarily things in his bailiwick. Exceptional. Very professional, explained the whole thing prior to doing the job, came out and looked at the problem and immediately knew that we couldn't sell the house until this was taken care of. His price was extremely fair. Very comfortable to deal with. He also gave us a warranty which is transferrable to the next owner of the house.

Brian was amazing and very responsive. I put my information in and he was the only one who called me back and that same night. He explained everything on the phone and we scheduled an appointment. He came out explained all of the tools he would be using to take the tests and walked me through the process. While testing a particular area in my home he looked around and showed me the mold that was visible and moved my belongings from that particular area. Once the test came back he called and explained everything to me. I’m so glad that I decided to call him because had I not I would have never know that my “landlord” has me and my family living in a home that is not even supposed to be occupied because it never passed inspection. Brian did GREAT and I highly recommend him!!

It went great! Brian was wonderful! He tested my basement for mold and gave me the lab test results so I knew exactly what was going on. He helped explain it to me too. He was extremely helpful. After the diagnosis, he was able to fix the problem, although minor. He was flexible, easy to work with, reasonable, on time and in constant communication with me. I called some other places and lets just say they were "scary". Brian did a great job and I would no doubt use him again and refer him to a friend.

Brian explains the entire process carefully. Started on time and finished hours early. Three and a half hours total. His associate Steve helped so much with large furniture breakdown, more than they expected to do. Smiles on their faces when they left. They traveled a long way to the north side, again with smiles on their faces.

Brian came to the site on time. He was very professional. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He explained the chain of custody of the samples prior to collection. Inside the apartment he explained the process of taking the two air quality test (one inside and one outside) and that there was a two-day turnaround for the results He also showed me a sample of what the report would look like once it was received from the lab in Virginia. It's a rare occasion that I meet a person as professional or as committed to ensuring that his customer understands the process. Excellent service.
