The new unit (ready to go with a battery) arrived the morning after contacting the customer service department. This is a great American company that builds high quality stereo equipment that truly stands behind their product. Many of their products are direct marketed and they perform as well or better than they say they do. You can be confident that spending the extra money for Bose equipment is worth the wonderful customer service that we have received.
Description of Work: We purchased a Bose Wave Music System with an AM/FM radio and CD player approximately two years ago. The use of the system requires a remote control. The remote control failed, making the system useless. Attempts to replace the battery did not correct the problem. We had purchased the system online and had not kept records of the purchase details. However one short toll-free call to the Bose Direct Marketing Group Customer Service Department solved our problem beyond our expectations. The company sent a new replacement remote control unit that day overnight express at no cost to us!
