The move could not be easier than this with 2 professional movers smiling the whole time despite the tough job. They were truly amazing. I Highly recommend this company for an incredible moving experience.

Custom furniture and flatscreen TV items were found damaged after fully unpacking and no response was received from the primary business contact after contacting to discuss and provide feedback. The moving crew did not come prepared with any boxes to pack certain items that were included in the contract bid. Two of the three moving crew team were courteous. The billing person was nice until the contract was signed but then showed temperament when discussing job logistics. Unfortunately I would not use this company again.

Great company! The staff was helpful and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. All of our precious cargo was packed very well, there was absolutely no damage to any of our furniture. The driver was especially skillful in bringing the semi through the tight corners of our gated community. It's good to know that there is a company like this who truly cares for their customers. I would recommend this moving company to anyone in need of some help moving. Thanks for everything!

We recently moved from Chicago, Il to Salt Lake City, Utah and used the services of US movers and Relocation. I cant thank them enough. They were very professional from the beginning. I dread moving but these guys made it easier. I thought some of the moving supplies they recommended we should buy for our move, were little pricey but were able to negotiate the price down and got a great deal on them. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company to those who are moving. You wont be sorry.

They arrived about 30 minutes late, however once they arrived, the two movers were very professional and focused on making up for the late arrival. My son had some boxes with breakable items and the movers made sure they used caution and put those items in a location that was secure on the truck. As the guys were moving items out of my house, I would tell them to be careful to not bump into walls or hit my existing furniture. They didn't get annoyed and very politely responded. All items made it to California in a timely fashion. My son reported that the furniture arrived and the boxes with breakable items did not retain any damage. Therefore, I considered this a very successful and excellent move.

I had a very positive experience with this company. The movers were very professional and all my questions were clearly answered. The one small issue I had is that the cost was slightly more than I wanted to spend but Zula was generally a pleasure to work with. Additionally when I packed up all my stuff I realized I had a few extra things the company was very accommodating moved them for no additional cost. Ultimately the price was reasonable for the service. The movers were prompt, hard working people, and careful. They listened to my requests and made moving so much easier. I would recommend them to a friend because my experience with them was good.

Moving is such a big adventures and it could be disaster if you will without a good help. My family is relocated to CA for a job replacement. And we have used US Movers & Relocation agency for this adventure. It was a pleasant experience they were always on time and professional! Moving guys were very careful with my delicate pieces I have. All came in one peace no scratches and no brake. Customer service is friendly! I have moved before and it was such a stress and I had to pay extra! That didn't happen to me this time. They quoted a reasonable price and we were happy with it and most of all they didn't charge us extra! Peace of mind!
