Description of Work: Installation ran smoothly, quality of the product is good, customer service is terrible. I have two inside corners which caused a deluge of water after they installed their product. This should be discussed with the customer at time of sale. I should not have to make more than one call to speak to customer service. These problems are what give their industry a bad name

Description of Work: I had a NEW roof put on our house just before LF came out to do the work. The salesman, the office personnel, the manager and, when told to the installer, that I wanted NO ONE on my roof to do the job. I was guaranteed that they won't and will not be on my roof. Well, we caught the installer on the roof, and because ALL were told and ALL reassured us about this, the installer caused about $800 in damage for new tiles that were ruined and caused my warranty on the roof to be void until the roof installer came and replaced all damaged tiles. This caused an initial extra payment, later paid by LF for the damage. The salesman was good, but every other thing from time, cost and their availability was unacceptable. The product is on our home, but any steady or heavy downpours, the water flies over the gutters. Just as long as it keeps out the leaves.

Description of Work: Installed screens on gutters to prevent debris from entering gutters after he cleaned the gutters and made the minor repairs that were needed.
