From start to finish, they were professional and wonderful to deal with.

10/11/16 Mr. Duct! This company is named exactly for what they do. They thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent. Mr. Duct is a family owned company. When you call, an actual, living, competent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly person (in my case, Brittany) will answer the phone. Beware, some companies you call, are actually a call center and they contract the work out to another company. Then surprise, surprise, a company you didn't call shows up with a different name. Very deceitful. All my questions were answered and an appointment was set-up at my convenience. The price I was quoted, was the price I paid. No surprises. And Mr. Duct didn't try to up sell me, you know, buy this or sign up for that. I was called prior to their arrival. Two gentlemen arrived right on time. They were nicely dressed, polite, extremely efficient and highly experienced. Big shout-out to Alfonso and Andy. They took the time to indulge my many, many questions. The previous week another company came out (switch and bait) to clean my floor ducts. They did such a poor job, I'll be calling Mr. Duct to do the job correctly (I know they will). Thank you Mr. Duct!

Very professional.

They are on time, friendly and knows their job. Answer our questions and everything is clean when they left the house. We'll use this company again and will recommend to our family and friends.

Initially I felt the price was on high end but given quality of servce it was fair.Prompt and courteous. Precisely on time. Completed work before other competing bidder called to follow up on project.

Overall I was very please with the quality of the service I received from Mr. Duct, Inc. After making several comparisons I found the price to be competitive and was pleased to find that I received the price and the level of service that I was originally quoted. The technicians were very courteous and professional as they thoroughly cleaned the air ducts and the furnace components. And I was very pleased with the way they cleaned up before they left. I highly recommend Mr. Duct, Inc.

This was the first time we did duct cleaning. Our experience with Mr. Duct was amazing! From our first contact thru job completion everything was handled very professionally. I felt like I won the lottery with their tech, AJ. He was professional, respectful, and helpful. He represented the company very well. He communicated everything thoroughly and provided before and after photos. From arriving on time to cleaning up afterwards, the job was well done. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will use them again.

Extremely polite and informative. Even showed my husband how to clean the filters in our HVAC correctly but politely.

This service includes removal and cleaning of the blower assembly. They also cleaned the evaporator coil.
