The vacuum blower they came with didn't work and it took an additional hour to remedy this. Also they didn't clean the ceiling fans as was advertised in the literature I read about them.

The workers did not touch my furnace even after double checking with them to make sure that they had. I originally ordered a furnace tune up and they literally didn't even take the front conver off and wipe the dust out that had piled up. I had to call and have a second service tech come out on a different day in order to take care of the only thing that I originally called for.

I had a 8am-10:00 window, they arrived at 8:00. Very thorough and very professional!

Mario and Saul did a great job and were very informative and friendly. also showed me before and after photos. I would absolutely use them again.

The two workers I had were Adrian and Julio. They were personable and did a great job.

The Mr. Duct team was fast, efficient and professional. I hired them to do work at a rental house before I moved in. They arrived promptly and waited for me to arrive and let them in. Once I let them in they went right to work. I went to breakfast with my girlfriend and they were done within an hour and a half. When I returned, they had the work completed and all of their equipment put away. I would definitely recommend Mr. Duct to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

Prior to my experience with Mr. Duct, Inc., I was a little fearful about the type of mess that might be created in my home right before the Holidays with having my ducts cleaned. What a pleasant surprise!! From my first interaction with Mr. Duct in scheduling to the excellent follow up after the job was done, everything was handled in an extraordinarily professional way. There was NO MESS!! The gentlemen that cleaned the ducts were very careful to create no dusty mess in my home and even wore booties on their feet while in my home. The entire process was explained before they began, making me feel very confident that I had hired the best firm for the job. There were no surprise add-ons; the price quoted was the price I paid. I have already noticed an improvement in the air quality in my home, having to dust far less than before Mr. Duct performed the duct cleaning service.
