The workers were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, cleaned up after the work was done, offered to change our furnace filter for us, explained everything they did, showed us a before and after video of our duct cleaning (which was amazing) went totally out of their way to do the best job possible. They were a credit to the company. Very happy with the job done, will tell all our friends about our experience with Mr Duct. Thanks

If you have a flexible duct havc system in your home they can not clean your duct work for fear of damaging it . They basically just vacuum the vent areas. Worthless

I felt the original bid was unclear about the services that would be provided. When I contacted the office they made the adjustment I wanted, but after that the workmen ended up leaving behind quite a mess.
