Mr. Duct called me to let me know that they were ahead of schedule of my original scheduled appointment. (I liked the courtesy phone call.) Juan was very professional and treated my home with respect. (He was polite and wore shoe covers.) He explained what he was doing and why it was important. Juan considered the safety of my pets and made sure to close the doors after himself. The whole process took 2-3 hours. Juan cleaned the ducts in the basement, including the return vents AND cleaned from the actual vents in my home. I wish that we would have chosen Mr. Duct in the past. Their cleaning is up front and honest! I'm a very pleased and happy customer!!! :)

make sure they know that you are watching what they are doing and aske any questions about the service that you are getting from company for you home.

I used home advisor on 6/27 to find Mr. Duct. I received a phone call from Tom at Mr. Duct @ 8AM the next day. He was extremely thorough with all the who, what, where, when and why's of the company. He answered all my questions I typed in Home Advisor and the best part was that they had a team finishing up work the next town over. These guys were at my door about 1 1/2 after I got off the phone with Tom. Once they showed up the two gentlemen gave me a explanation and went straight to work. We chatted for a bit while they worked and once the project was complete, they showed me before and after views and gave me suggestions on future duct projects I may be interested in. For questions they were not able to answer, they connected with their office right away and got them for me. Pricing was well below the area avg and they applied a current coupon to the project. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service from the phone call to inquire to the hand shake as the guys left. Nice Job Fellas!
