The staff was pleasant, the work outcome was not. Every square inch of two rooms was covered in soot and grime. An error in technique left me with a dirty house and burnt grass. I believe the service is needed, but not by them. To their credit, they came back to clean one room but we had to wash every square inch of my daughter's room. Extremely disappointing to say the least.
