I scheduled the appointment for 10 am. The workmen came at 8:45 am. This was a problem as I was drying my hair and did not hear the doorbell. I would have preferred that the scheduled time was honored. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.

Tech was friendly, courteous and very professional. Cleaned up after project was completed.

They are torquing the screw to the vent too much so now my vent is kind of curvy. when they were working they seem in a rush.they should clean the vents more thorough. Other than that all is ok.

I received 3 quotes for duct cleaning, Mr. Duct was in the middle but I liked their website and information the best and they matched the competitor's pricing. I called on Thursday for a Monday morning appt. Service guy Cesar was very good, professional, answered my questions, service lasted ~2-1/2 hrs, cleaned up, replaced screws on vents that needed it. I was very satisfied with this service and recommend Mr. Duct.

The work was quickly done, and the price, although comparable with similar companies', seems a little high for the ease of the work. Bottom line, though, is dryer vents need to be cleaned out so as to prevent fires, and they have the proper equipment with which to do the work.
