Jake was on time did a great job My dryer vent was pretty dirty he moved dryer got all lint out and everything was put back together as before. Would recommend

Mr Duct was a bit pricey, although I choose to go with a fixed price that other companies did not offer. The clean up after the laundry vent was blown out could have been better. Overall, the company was ok.

I’m really impressed by Mr.Duct. The whole process works like a charm. Their customer service definitely put customer at first. It is easy to make an appointment with two-hour window and they provide timely follow up. The crew arrived on time and did a great job. Two thumbs up to Ben and Joe and Mr. Duct.

Did OK with the dryer vent cleaning, but if you want them to install a vent to the exterior through the roof, they cannot do it. They can only install the vent through a side wall. They are not roofer qualified.

They were on time and did an awesome job cleaning the vents. I had a lot of nasty stuff in the crawl space and they pulled it out. Such an improvement.

Great service - Mario explained what he was doing along the process and showed before and after pictures of a couple vents. He was honest with his opinions which was important to me. Took a couple hours and fairly priced. Great job team !!!

They were extremely friendly on the consult and when they showed up. Cleaned up after themselves and showed us on their camera the before and after of our vents. Would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer!

They did a good thorough job.

The guys were professional but a bit sloppy. They left a cut out part of my furnace on my water heater. The dryer vent on the outside was not completely cleared. My window well cover was removed but not put back properly. These kinds of a reviews are tough to post, but I reached out to the company about my complaints via email, with no reply.
