Daniel and James arrived exactly on time, were very courteous, explained everything they were going to do, and went about their work in an efficient and professional manner. They showed me all the dirt they removed from the ducts in my house. They even taught me a couple new things around my furnace! Now the house smells nice and fresh.

Breathing easy now and no more smell of dust every time the air flows through the vents. Call from the owner and the gentleman who arranged it for us were very professional and down to earth. Ben, one of the guys who did the work was very courteous, professional and respectful. He cared about doing a good job.

The two guys that came and cleaned the ducts did a very good job cleaning. My problem with this company was when they arrived they had a functioning system. Air conditioning was working. They shut it down to clean and when they left they never returned it to the same condition they found it in. Later on in the afternoon when I realized the house was over 90 degrees I realized the compressor wasn't running. I immediately called the company and told them that maybe the techs forgot to turn on a switch for the compressor the person answering the phone told me that wasn't his problem. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. He tried to explain to me with a analogy of a light being turned off and if it doesn't come back on who's fault would it be. This isn't a managers response to a customer's concern. The response is what really got me upset with this company. If I give you a working piece of equipment and you return it not working then I expect you to at least tell me that something went wrong with the equipment. Instead I got a cleaning, a damaged a/c unit, and a phone call by a "manager" telling me it's not their problem. If you're paid to be a professional then start being one. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a broken system. I went ahead and called in a PROFESSIONAL company to fix the damage they caused. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Technician was very helpful and seemed to do a great job. If I had rated them right after job was complete it would have been hands down 5 stars. Upon review after they left we realized there were vents not cleaned and a small piece of my air conditioner was broken.I believe they would have rectified the problem but it was easier for me to fix than to go through the trouble.

The two young men that came out were extremely polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns - and thoroughly explained the process. It was great peace of mind. Highly recommend this company!
