Crew was very professional. Hearing the dust and other stuff being removed was impressive. Large machine stayed outdoors while crew worked together for over two hours. Crew even wiped the floor by the door to make sure everything was clean.

First driver got in a car accident, but they were able to re-direct another crew to get the work done that day. Also very informative, I learned a lot about ducts.

Seemed to work too quickly and did not show me photos at the beginning. Seemed to be in a hurry. Were respectful of my home and myself. Really don't know how to evaluate work quality -- who can look into ducts and see?

Excellent company

Price too high for the work that was done.I had a vent that had a small crack on the side of it, instead of the worker letting me know, he just removed the vent causing more damage to the ceiling. If he had let me know in advance I would've told him to not remove that vent. Now I have to find someone to repair ceiling, which is going to cost me more money which I don't have .
