The young man who did the work was very good and friendly. Also very informative about future cleanings.

They were professional and were as disruptive as possible. But they scratched 3 of my duct covers (which I have to replace) and they did not put the dryer back where it belonged.

Friendly and professional. They completed the service quickly and answered all the questions I had. They made sure they cleaned up the area after they were done, which is a big plus! Overall, Iâ m satisfied with the service. I do have a few suggestions, which can take this service from good to great: 1. It would be great if the team showed up with their own cleaning supplies to clean up lint from the ground (broom, garbage bag, etcâ ¦). I happened to have a broom and garbage handy, so it was not a big deal, but it would just take the service to the next level if they were ready for that part of the job. 2. It would be great if the dryer vent was securely installed after the service was done. I asked someone I know to check if everything was installed correctly after Mr. Duct team left and it turned out that the top of the vent (where it connects with the wall) was loose (so when the dryer was running, it kept sliding out). Not a big deal, because all it took was for my friend to push it in securely in place, but it would be great if that was done by the team to begin with.

Got an extra $75 discount for same day service. They were out within an hour of hiring them.

The men who cleaned the ducts and vents were professional, friendly, and were thorough in completing the job. They showed us exactly what our vents were filled with so we are very glad we decided to get this work done. The cost was reasonable and we look forward to using this company again! Thanks.
