One of their employees went through my bedroom drawers

the two service techs. Adrian and Art, that did the project were great . the were professional and were very conscientious to keep my home clean throughout the entire process. They arrived within the scheduled window of time and completed the job in the time that they estimated. they actually left my home cleaner than when they arrived. after they cleaned the duct work, they cleaned all of the registers and they looked like they were brand new after they were done. Upon completion of the job they asked if I had any questions or concerns and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the job that was done. I was . A truly professional organization.

JMr Duct came as promised, but told me that they could not handle our job because it involved installing a new rigid dryer vent....which they do not do. They further indicated that they do not charge in a case such as ours. We then called Excellent Plumbing who also came as promised and installed a rigid dryer vent for us. I have to say I thought $750 was a bit much, but fault myself for not taking time to get competing bids.

They called me within minutes and set the appointment for the next day. They were very courteous both on the phone and in person. They gave me a 2 hour window but called to say they were on the way 30 minutes before arrival so i didnt have to wait around all day. They were very quick and clean. I would absolutely use them again!

Left vents in worse and looser shape than initially.

I was not satisfied with the overall work and these are a few things I was not happy about: Employee arrived to the door and he didn?t introduce himself. After he placed the equipment to unclog the dryer vent the equipment got loose and all the lint started going everywhere. Employee clean a little bit but still there were lint in other areas of the laundry room and hallway. The connection of the vent and the dryer started to get loose after he connected it to the dryer. I was not able to use the dryer until the vent was properly attached.
