The crew was friendly and efficient! The office managed my appointment well.

The guys came in and got right to work. I appreciate the fact they actually took their shoes off before beginning work! I work from home and was having a couple of meetings while they were worked. They let me know beforhand when they were coming into the vicinity so I could shift rooms. Efficient, professional and friendly would describe them. I'd definitely hire Mr. Duct again.

The service was dryer vent cleaning. The dryer vents through our roof but is accessible via finished attic. They did a great job with minimal disruption.

Very nice technicians but a little careless getting their equipment in and out and left more of a less behind than necessary. I would use them again though, just with more supervision.

The crew that came to our house worked hard and cleaned up nicely behind themselves. They explained everything they were doing, took time to answer my questions, and provided me with pictures and videos of the before/after. The price they quoted was the price they charged. They were on time for the appointment and called ahead as promised to let me know they were on their way. All in all, a very professional company with noticeably good results!

This has nothing to do with the company. It has to do with HomeAdvisor. One review is plenty. This is my second review online for this company and an additional review which I gave to a representative of HA when they called last week. Enough is enough. In the future I will do one and only one review of a company. Then I will have to rethink whether or not to use HomeAdvisor in the future.

Mr. Duct's crew were polite, friendly, wore booties over their shoes. They arrived as agreed, called when they were on the way. I even had them come back to do additional work, re-routing the dryer vent. I would recommend this company

The service I had performed was to clean out the vent from my electric close drier. The vent goes from the utility room to the roof. Jason arrived during the specified time window and I was notified by phone about 45 minutes before his arrival. Unlike my experience with other companies, Jason checked out the performance of the drier and let me know that it was running alarmingly hot, which I verified. I was planning to get a new drier and sped up the purchase based on the new information he provided. Mr. Duct will be doing this service the next time I have it done.

Awesome associates...technicians were absolutely fantastic, professional the consummate employee! Should be given a bonus because they are the ones that drive the referral and repeat customers! Nicely done gentleman!
