Paint was ripped from the areas around pretty much every air duct, half of the vent covers are no longer secured and basically hang off the wall, and I get a text or email from this company at least once a week even though I have indicated I am not interested in service ever again.

They did a great job! Explained the process and showed me before and after pictures. Although I’m rating a 4 not 5 because they left a mess of lint outside the house where the dryer ducts were cleaned out.

My vents smell like mildew. I am not sure they cleaned my vents at all. I need to know how to get that smell under control when I turn my heat on. For the money, I paid I was told that the vents would be disinfected also. I cannot tell because it certainly does not seem as though that was done.

They were very professional and explained exactly what their process was before they began. We were very pleased with the results.

Sometimes you get what you pay for. I was quoted $320 to get my 2,100 sq foot house ducts cleaned including the dryer vent, which was considerably less than another company. The team arrived on time and explained the process. It took them a bit longer than what they said (about 2 hours instead of 60-90 minutes) which is fine because the guy was a trainee and seemed very new. My main complaint is the mess they made! They failed to reattach two of the vent covers, which is fine because I can do that easily, but one of them blew out a ton of dust bunnies on the carpet and the just-cleaned laundry. Speaking of laundry, the new guy showed me all the lint and crud they got out of the dryer vent and proceeded to just leave it all strewn on the patio and yard. So I had to vacuum the first mess they made, re-wash some clothes, and get a garbage bag and pick it up outside. That said, I get there is a new guy on the team, but the other guy should have been training him better. And the difference in CFM before and after per them was about 7, so I guess there was an improvement but I am now worried they did not reconnect other stuff or left other messes for me to find. I will not be hiring this company again the next time I need duct cleaning.

Polite, efficient , clean service

I was able to get this scheduled for the same day, all my ducts cleaned and now I'm ready for the cooler months. Very happy with this service.

Great company was polite and worked around our sleeping 6 month old. Also allowed our four year old to watch them and help little. He was very excited and they had no problem with it. Our house had five dogs from previous owner and they did a amazing job cleaning everything

The company deserves a 5 star for the service they offered. They arrived within the time window and the service was fast. The tech took the time ti explain what he was doing along the way. The only reason I rated a 4.5 was because I had requested sanitizing as well and it's not something offered by Mr Duct and they were the top recommended provider for my needs. Overall, I did get a good value for the price I paid and the service I received and would highly recommend them to others that do not want sanitizing services as well.
