I was impressed at how fast they got here. Was nervous to see he had to climb out a window onto my roof to work on the vent 😳 The job was done well. Not perfect score because appliance wasn t pushed back and some dirt on the carpet. In the big scheme of things it was worth it!

I was able to get a timely appointment. They kept me in the loop about when the technician was en route and when he was almost completed with the job. He also was able to look at my dryer vent because I wasn’t sure it needed to be cleaned. He said it should be cleaned but it’s and old vent and they wouldn’t be able to do it but I’m glad he was able to at least look at it and tell me. My house smelled much fresher after the cleaning!

The technician arrived on time,explained what he was going do and if I had any questions. It took him a little over two hours to clean the ducts and after he was done he showed me the before and after pictures. I would definitely recommend mr ducts to others.
