Arrived early for a dry vent cleanout! Which was great and appreciated. The tech was so nice and explained everything.

The company had called at 7:40 for my 8-10am appointment arrival. They showed up at 8:30am and let me show them around the condo so they could get situated. Juan was the technician helping me and he was very respectful and informative about the entire process with the negative air duct cleaning method. He answered any questions I had. He was very careful as to not damage any vents and he cleaned every area he worked in with the shop vac so there wasn t debris laying around my vents and floor underneath the vents. He carefully took everything apart and put everything away and then did my dryer vent as well which was included in my quote and deal for the company. It was $334 and when I was looking up average prices, most air duct cleaning seemed to be from $300-$600 range. Also, It honestly wasn t very loud I was working from my kitchen and the noise didn t phase me. It took Juan about 3 hours to do each vent (11)to my furnace, the dryer vent, and the clean up. I m very impressed and happy with his job and with suggestions he offered as well to keep the vents and return clean. I d definitely recommend his services with the Mr. Duct company to others.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called on Saturday 5/30 to follow up on an appointment I had scheduled earlier that week. The person I spoke with in the scheduling department stated that they did not even have me on the calendar. To which I said, sure, and set up another appointment. Today, 6/3, is the day of my appointment with my scheduled time being 3-5 pm. I have taken off work to wait for the tech to come. I called the department handling already placed appointments inquiring about if the person was still coming as it was 5:10 PM. I received a call back with the customer service rep stating that he was lucky to get ahold of him and apologized that he would not be there until 6 PM. Not only was I not notified of this additional hour wait, but I was also only given two options after talking with the supervisor in regard to this problem. The supervisor said there was nothing he could do and that I had two options, either wait till 6 PM or cancel. I chose to cancel as this is a company that does not care about their customers nor their time. There is obviously many things that could have happened, one is letting your customers know when they are not going to arrive on time. The response of the supervisor was unacceptable. Save yourself the time and energy and look elsewhere.
