There were no instructions for prep and it was more burdening to workers to move furniture and just as annoying to have to rearrange after job was finished.

My dryer duct was difficult, but they persevered until it was done right! Very professional and customer oriented.

I had Mr. Duct do a vent cleaning of our home today. After the cleaner had left and we went upstairs my wife and I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning the entire upstairs and vacuuming all bedrooms and stairs as per the mess that their company had left behind. I spent $295.00 on what I thought was going to be a professional job but was anything but that. We just had brand new carpet installed on the stairs and each bedroom along with everything painted. In the pictures, you will see stains on the stairs carpet and the walls have scuff marks from the vacuum hoses. The dust particles were all over the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms as well. My son had to leave his room while the job was being done due to the room filling up with nothing but dust from the vacuum which had holes in the hoses. If this were my company, I would be very embarrassing. I spoke with the dispatcher after the cleaner had left and he says I can have him come back and clean up his mess if you like I will NEVER use this company again.
