Very thorough

Technician was quick, thorough and professional.

Was told that they'd be here between 3-5 pm, and that 30min prior I'd get a phone call. At 4:45 hadn't gotten a call so I called them. Seems they were running late is why they hadn't called. Regardless I would have like a call to that effect. Did get it rescheduled, and work was done well.

The professional workers were on time and explained what they were going to do. Went right to work and showed me some of the pictures of before and after. Cleaned up and left.

Straight forward and experienced...very knowledgeable and affordable.

Could not perform furnace duct cleaning due to lack of access to furnace trunk-afraid would cause permanent damage. Did dryer vent clean but charged $175 I/o $95 because not discounted since did not do both.

Everything was great except for when the tech’s left my house they left a floor vent off and one my kitties crawled in the vent, and was in the vent system for 2 hours before my son and I were able to get her out. :( otherwise the service was great.

I was having a issue with my dryer. They happily came back out to verify there work and provided me with the information I needed to deal with the manufacturer warranty. I appreciate all of there help and assistance.

The technicians who came to my house were very professional and used all the necessary PPE to protect everyone in the household during the cleaning service. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone if they are considering a vent cleaning for their home.

They were responsive and available soon after I reached out to them. Kirkland the technician was on time. He inspected the dusts. Brought his equipment in and went to work. Due to the circuitous nature of my dryer duct it could not be fully accessed and I was not charged. He cleaned up after he was done and replaced all of the floor vents which was appreciated.I would recommend Mr. Duct and Kirkland to anyone needing a good duct cleaning because that house was way overdue.
