The guys got to the house on time and did a great job without making a mess. They didn't miss a vent and I can feel the difference in the house now. Both of the guys were friendly and thorough. I would recommend Mr. Duct.

The service men were on time and very cordial. They took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up behind themselves. The only issue is that they didn't show the work ck list, although I knew the basic procedure. Overall great work. Will use again.

They came on time, inspected the supply ducts and determined that the ducts were lined with insulation that could be damaged by the cleaning process and furthermore were not visibly dirty. It was therefore decided, in consultation with Mr. Duct, to cancel the supply duct cleaning. The exhaust grilles and ducts in the Kitchen and Bath however were severely clogged by years of use without proper cleaning and they were cleaned very satisfactorily.

The technician was very knowledgeable and informative.

I am very pleased with the job performed by Mr. Duct. I had all my supply vent ducts, all the return air ducts, the main trunks and my funace, and air filters cleaned. They were on time coutious of my home and performed the job well. A camera inspection was done as well to show you what was done. They won't be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. They are certified HVAC technicians as well. Don't be fooled by the $99.00 dollars specials! Thery are cleaning services, not HVAC techs. And there will be plenty of add-ons to the price. Most do not include your return ducts in the price. Go with these guys and you'll be satisfied!
