I felt their price was a little to high for dryer duck cleaning. They came here then gave me a quote. If I wasn't in such an urgent situation then I wouldn't have let them do the work. Only because their prices were high. However, being that I watch how they did it I could do it myself next time and I'm a woman. Ivan was professional and nice.

Arrived within the scheduled time---job was to clean out dryer vent and remove birds nest from vent on outside---did excellent work.

I received a prompt call from company and was given a free estimate to have my dryer vent cleaned. The estimator arrived ontime,went into my crawl space and informed me that the problem was not due to the dryer duct. They were courtous and will use this company after construction completed in my house for air ducts. HONEST!

November 2009 - When scheduling a time for the air duct cleaning, we were given an overview of exactly what services would be provided . Two clean cut young men performed the duct cleaning. They were on time, courteous and professional . We received an explanation of all they would do and when they were done, were given recommendations (i.e., change our furnace filter asap). I would definitely recommend this company.

Crew was efficient and neat in their work. They were very informative on what they were doing and why, and what I might do moving forward regarding maintenance. Very friendly as well. Basically the Tech laid out his plan. Charles was very professional and knew what he was going to do. He did it quickly and constantly paused to show his progress. If we knew it was going to be this fast and easy. We would have done this years ago. So anyone that needs their Ducts cleaned don't hesitate. This company does a great job at a great price.

Mr Duct did a great job with cleaning our ducts. I thought they were professional, knowledgeable and did a good job. They explained their process and were honest about the pricing. There were no hidden fees, which I heard can happen once the servicemen come out to proform the job. We were happy with their service and would recommend them.
