I was expecting 1/2 day of time needed to clean the ducts but work was completed in a few hrs. If the work really takes only a few hrs then would the price also reflect this or was the two guys who were there exceptional?

They were very friendly, professional, informative. They were even early for the appointment.

They were on time, clean, and explained what they were going to do and as they proceeded through the job. My wife was very happy with the results.

This service was several months ago so I am having a hard time remembering the details. I know that it went well, and I appreciated the follow-up call afterwards to ensure satisfaction.
