They arrived promptly, got right to work and quickly went throughout my home cleaning the ducts. They showed me a couple of the ducts with a camera (YUK!) and showed me the end result as well. They even changed my crawl space light bulb!

George and Orlando were awesome. They were here right on time and got right to work. Unfortunately they did not have there camera with so George used his iphone to shoot photos for me. Nice he went the extra mile on that one. They cleaned all the vents and the furnace blower with was a disaster and now the air flow in the house has easily doubled. Going to have these guys do my family's homes for sure.

Hired them for cleaning all the ducts and vents last November. They were very courteous and informative about the whole process. Also paid for the dryer vent cleaning which I later felt was not needed. Highly recommended.

Very glad I went with Mr. Duct. Excellent, thorough service. So glad I did not go for one of the cheap advertisements in weekly fliers that we all get. It has been 5 days and not a speck of dust on any furniture, breating problems subsided. Well informative workers, knowledgable and polite. Informed me along the whole process. Actually arrived a little early and did an outstanding job. Hire this company. Get the job done right the first time. Well worth it.

He showed me a video and the difference was amazing.

They did a good job, came out right away, and actually showed up a few minutes early.

This Co. does the job throughly the way it should be done. Costs more than the flyers that come in the mail for $50 or so. But when these guys leave you can breathe easier.

Very curtious and timely

Workers arrived on time and worked quickly. They wre nice enough to leet me know what room they were in so I could put my cat in a safe place while they worked. I liked the use of a camera to show me before and after.

Very courteous and friendly. Efficient workers. Only issue was that they forgot the video equipment at another job so I wasn't able to see the before and after video.

They worked in professionally in the timely manner

Maybe I just had a bad experience. I was impressed with the initial email contact, all the links and information provided. However, my impression of the office staff went down from there. Workers were professional & accommodating. Never did see any evidence of job performed. I found clumps of dust near most registers after the workers left. Seems they should be provided with a hand held vacuum, so that they can clean up after themselves. I get the impression that this company doesn't work very hard to earn their customers' trust and loyalty.

Very professional company the two service workers, Cesar and Jonathan, that did the work, were courteous, very punctual and clean. Very happy with the work
