They where prompt saying when they would be over.They included all the vents even though I miscounted them. They told me everything I wanted to know and asked me if I wanted to know about anything else and they finished on time. They where clean about where they walked and put everything back in place when they where done. I will hire them back again when I need the ducts cleaned again.

I used Mr. Duct. They explained their service in detail on the phone. Their service was more comprehensive than competitors. They were priced competitively, they showed up when promised, and did a great job.

The technicians where Courteous and knowledgeable. They keep me informed throughout the process. Upon completion they asked if I was satisfied and if I had any additional questions.

Pretty straight forward. The crew was very careful not to damage my newly painted walls. very specific and helpful. Thanks for removing all the dust :-)

I hired Mr. Duct for my hoe and hired Air Duct Group for another house. The performance were quite different. Mr. Duct were honest and gave the total cost upfront. But the other company tried to trick me to add lots of cost. I wrote the review for that company, but unfortunately it was not published by the Home Advisor because it was negative. Two men were professional, arrived on time. Got phone call notice 30 minutes before they came. They cover their shoes so not mess up the carpet. Very impressive service. Would definitely recommend to others.
