Person who came out was very nice and explained everything he was doing.

Overall experience is good but the price should be less because we did not taken dryer duct cleaning.

They did a great job and were very friendly, I would recommend them.

The tech's were very friendly and informative. They explained the whole process and benefits to what they were doing. What I liked is that they did not try to sell me any extra services and the quote they provided me was the actual final price. No surprises.

Service was excellent, we're very happy with the work done. My only issue was that I was given a two hour window and told they would call me half an hour prior to arrival. However, they came almost 40 minutes earlier than the window and didn't call before hand. It fortunate that someone else was home, but I really wanted to be there when the work done since I'm the one that hired them. The workers who came out and the person I spoke with in the office were all polite and professional and answered all of my questions. Despite the problem with the arrival time I would highly recommend this dryer duct cleaning service, they did a very thorough job.

Neat and clean and extremely courteous

Excellent job - we got a call about 30 minutes before they arrived and they showed up on time and finished within the expected time (2 - 3 hours). We never had our ducts cleaned (more then 25 years) and they looked like new after the job was complete. You can really notice the difference in the air quality inside our house.

Mr. Duct was fantastic all the way around. From their Customer Service in office - to the guys that came out to do the work. Everyone was professional, helpful, knowledgeable - and hard working. It's rare to find such a gem - I will be hiring them again for SURE next time I have a need....
